Quick Quack Car Wash — Local services in Horizon City

In my opinion, the worst carwash so far in El Paso. Here at carwash 4/10/25 2:50pm and they do not have any clean towels for the vehicle. When asked a guy, says their washer was not working. If you are offering towels as a part of the service then you need to find a way to continue the service.

Also vehicle was still dirty with bird poop and barely a tire shine as well as there was residue from the wash because the product was not rinsed off well enough.

Update: As I was still in my car, I see another customer reach in for towels so I see a young lady and ask if there are more towels. She said it would be about 15 minutes but she said she would check after I saw that someone getting towels. I ask if I could speak to the manager and she said he is busy talking to someone else. I said I will wait so she goes to fill the other employees in on the matter and a female,who is a lead, who says the same the manager was busy. I told her I was waiting on the male manager. She later returns with another female and I told them the same. I said he is too busy for customers so I will handle it. Also as I was leaving then they decide to place another rolling bin with towels.

Bottomline the cowardice manager would not talk with me. I don't recommend as there are so many other car wash places all over El Paso. I guess they don't realize they are not the only ones in town. I project this place will lose the little market share...

My youngest daughter and I went to Quick Quack Car wash on 3/27/25. We saw the sign Free Car Wash Today! So I asked my daughter we should go! We drove up and we're greeted by a very nice gentleman (sorry I didn't get his name) but he was very courteous and professional. He informed us of all the different car washes they had to offer. He also told us about the membership too. He explained there is a promotion going for $9.99 a month for the next 9 days and after that it will be regular price. We told him we will probably get the deal the next time we come back. So we proceeded with the car wash. We were so excited because this was the second time we were here! The car wash with the jet sprays they use smells really nice and clean it's not too strong. Then we drove out to the parking lot and we met two nice young ladies by the names of Karen and another one named Dania. They were both courteous, amazing and professional! Karen offered me some nice souvenirs from the car wash a rubber duck, plush duck, a duck tie, sunglasses and towelettes to clean our Jeep! My daughter asked if she could take some pics of me sitting in front of the Quick Quack duck mascot! 😃 Karen and Dania gave their approval! 😃👍 This car wash is a convenient location close to where we live. Go visit them once you get a chance! All the staff is very friendly, courteous, professional and awesome! We will be going back real soon it is a nice...

i'm not sure how much training the greeting crew has received on business practices, but when I say three times that "I do not want a plan, i just want a car wash," and then when i ask him to explain to me what each tier of carwash has, and he continues to argue with me about how high of a price i'm paying for a single versus getting a plan--when all i want is a single gd carwash--it shows that something fundamental is missing. i don't like a 40yo pushy salesmen, and i sure as hell don't like a kid trying to push me into a plan when all i want was ah singular car wash. Never tell a customer that your own pricing is too high. never argue with the customer about what they want. and how in tf are you just going to walk away from me when i say that i'm backing out because you're not listening to me in the slightest. i backed out without your business getting any of my money.

if this is a money grab and quick quack just wants my money versus providing a service, try that extortion shit somewhere else. i don't want your plan, i'm testing the carwash. how many people are going to be turned around from using this new chain ever tf ever with this kind...
