Pollos Asados El Regio — Restaurant in Texas

04-06-22 Stopped by to pick up a To Go Menu, and I was told they didn't have any. I asked if they had a website, so I could view one and I was told they had one but she couldn't give me the web address, or didn't know it. This place is convenient and around the corner from my home nevertheless I never looked up the website, so I could place an order for pickup later that evening. I felt since they didn't seem to want to make an effort in selling any of their food items I thought it's probably best not to do business with them. The food might be great but I never gave them a try. Maybe someone else would have better luck with this establishment but for now, maybe at some point I'll give them another shot. The food is extremely over priced. Especially for the quality and quantity. The customer service is by far most the worst. The two ladies that are ALWAYS there are rude and not customer friendly. Which is beyond ridiculous to me considering I spent over $70 just in one transaction. Literally buying three different plates with a large rice cost me about $70 that’s in cash only. I definitely DO NOT recommend coming here. The employees gave us dirty looks when we walked in. It was storming outside and they were sitting at the tables on their phone. It almost made me feel like me and my family were not welcomed because on our color. Whereas, another person of same/similar ethnicity as the employees was treated better. The chicken tacos and rice were good although the rice was a little salty. The beans and beef tacos had no flavor. It’s pretty pricey here as well. You’re better off going somewhere else for better service, especially for the price...
