Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Texas

Food was hot, order was correct, but the dining room was dirty. Tables were full of crumbs, and so was the floor. Like others have mentioned, something is up with the fries at this location. They seem a little under-crisp compared to other locations but still hot. Aso, the chicken fingers are a ittle greasier than I've had at other locations as well. Yeah it's fried, but if food is fried correctly in hot enough grease and without overcrowding the pot, you don't notice that much grease remaining on the surface. I may go back one more time, and if it's clean and a little better quality, I'll up to 4 stars. Also, the staff are very loud. They seem to be yelling at each other as loudly and unintelligibly as possible for the hell of it. This last part is more for humor than anything else. Staff taking the order can't spell a simple name like Shawna for the order, and staff calling the order can't read. The person who took my wife's order spelled her name as Shanna instead of Shawna. That part isn't really a big deal. What's pathetic is that the person reading the name off to call the order apparently thinks that Shanna is pronounced Cheyenne. This is just another reason the whole taking a name for the order at fast food places is dumb. Guys, go back to assuming numbers. It's much easier. I am writing to formally complain about an incident that occurred today, 6/28/2024, at your establishment. While I appreciate the great food your team provides, I experienced a situation that I found extremely rude and unprofessional.

While placing my order, a new cashier was need assistance with my order and another employee assumed I needed a Spanish speaker to assist me. This assumption was unwarranted and offensive. I believe it is important for staff to ask for clarification if needed rather than make assumptions about a customer’s language preferences.

I reported this to you, but I wanted to ensure that this issue is documented and addressed appropriately. I hope necessary actions will be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Update June 2023: prices have gone up and the size of the tenders have gone way down. Ordered 4 meals this evening and was extremely disappointed with the size of the tenders. Not just 1 or 2 either. At least half of the tenders were so small McDonald chicken nuggets are almost the same amount of chicken. Never seen tenders so disappointingly small ever before. The larger ones were what would previously be considered small tenders. Can we get some chicken with the sauce? Not worth the cost anymore.
