It's my opinion that Red Robin needs improvements...
1.) The Crossfood contamination or contact between the fries when the cooks cook the fries in the same fryer as the meats needs to be disclosed to vegetarian parties instead of being overlooked, by management who told an employee it doesn't matter because they're fried at 420F there are people who have religious beliefs against consuming animal products and strict.
2.) Salad dressing containing eggs is often cross contamination between when servers quickly grab them.
3.) one of your burgers that was served to one of your guests made them sick before because it was mislabeled on the menu I believe for being Avocado, but the burger came with GUAC which is spicy fixing that would be great although it can be subbed.
4.), On a busy day the fries are not bottomless there are times when customers are holding on fries for 30 minutes because it's impossible to keep up I recommend upgrading those deep fryers and warmer that actually keeps fries warm.
5.) Fix the coffee maker no one wants to wait 15 minutes for coffee this isn't urgent but at least buy a ninja they're $80 at Sam's club and actually keep it warm for the whole morning / mid day lol.
6.) Start placing tickets on the orders what tables they go to when it's really busy and much food is coming out your poor servers have to figure out what goes where and depend on an expo.
There was almost a time when someone ordered a burger had an allergy it was flagged but the wrong burger almost went to them, it's important in a fast paced environment to have tickets on the plates so anyone can grab and run fast.
7.) Red Robin hourly wages are a joke 2.13 an hour, parties of 6 $20 Tips or average mostly $5 tips on parties of 2 $10 if your lucky. ( Y'all can make more money bartending especially women y'all could apply and be working a sports bar making a lot of money).
8.) Hiring bartenders, Mixologist you call us, but $4.13 an hour, plus require the bartender to serve tables and make ice creams, refill drinks for people, which is being a Barista, now the job isn't bad...
But that's like doing three jobs and the tips are dogs**...
Don't get me wrong on a slow day it's fine to take tables and orders but if the whole place is fully packed trying to keep up with Rootbeer floats, a slow a** soft serve machine, pour beer, mix drinks and serve tables it's a lot for $7.25 an hour.
9.) Hiring Drug Dealers and RedRobin Drug policy lol, management doesn't care if we use drugs as long as we don't come in high, and employees on the phone in the restroom making deals and in the back doing drops to custies 😂.
From a customer point of view it's all about those free fry fills, Rootbeer Floats, yada-yada, but it's horrible for employees getting paid bare minimum...
So next time you leave a tip leave as a customer always leave cash because that way the tips come out of corporates pocket and at least your servers make a little bit more god knows the amount of work they put in to try to keep everyone happy.
And don't blame your servers for the holding on fries and stuff a huge percent of the time they put them in they don't get filled in time.
Same thing when the bartender is swamped getting drinks out has taken 10 minutes before...
I'm just saying improvements need to come down from the Top, Red Robin is amazing, but you all want your stocks to go up even more it's time to invest a bit into some changes, because the way employees are treated and customer service is a problem that needs to be worked on.
Holding On Fries ( 30 Minutes ) Holding On Mac (15 Minutes) Holding On Beverage (10 minutes) Tickets on plates / Tray Cross Contact Meats and Fries need their own fryer and dressings stop putting egg product in the vegetarian dressings.
New Fry Warmer and Coffee Maker Yo !
Edit: Relocate your strawberries to the server area.
Edit 2: Respect trans people those negative comments to an employee who dress as a woman and comments to others to buy polo on their salary perhaps if employee were paid better...

I love the RedRobin mentality of bottomless fries. The burgers are extra great and the mixed drinks are also delicious to the taste buds, including mine.
However, this particular RedRobin restaurant location lacks greatly the attention to the customers.
My experience here was disappointed.
My wife’s avocado burger was missing the avocado with extra bacon (which we had ordered); and my sisters burger was only missing the bacon. Now, it’s understandable that every now and then, the “chef” might forget to add a piece of the puzzle, but in our case, it wasn’t only that.
Once the food was delivered, we didn’t have a visit from the waitress anymore, (usually the waiters come back minutes later to ask if everything is OK)... this waitress wasn’t interested in coming back.
By the time I was half-ways into my burger ( double meat Blue Ribbon burger) I notice my wife wasn’t eating hers. To my surprise, when I asked her why, about 10-12 mini had passed by, she told me she was missing avocado and the bacon.... I was so upset, specially because I had digged myself into the food and she hadn’t take a bite. (My sister didn’t care too much)...
When I started looking for the waitress, she was nowhere visible, so I found another waiter and asked him for the manager, the replied “Yes”.... (that’s was it)... but didn’t move. His demeanor was completely uncaring. (How distasteful!!!.. ) I waited another 5 minutes, then I walked up to the kitchen and literally no one seamed to cared... (I literally walked into their kitchen... I mean inside their business space)...
I had to raise my voice loud.. I literally yelled out “ WHO IS THE MANAGER HERE”... (haha funny now). Everyone stopped. Everyone looked at me surprised. It’s like if I stopped time. (Haha,... hilarious!)
After that everything got fixed,... the manager came up to me, asked me what happened, we got the burgers done right, they apologized, and I sat down to finish my burger ( now cold).
Overall, this experience has show me to speak up, but it cost me some embarrassment.
I DO NOT recommend this location of RedRobin.... but the taste of the food is great in any other...
Read moreI went to this location for my birthday week I received a coupon for a free appetizer. When I walked in the greeter seemed unfriendly she took me to the back by the exit of the kitchen to a booth. Mind you I was alone. The waiter Roe was extremely nice and attentive. Very polite. When he seen me he immediately took my order, the waitress didn’t even tell him I was there I guess I felt a negative vibe. I told him it was my birthday I had a couple ordered the cheese sticks and the Yumm Burger meal for $10 and a drink. As I ate it guess what I FELT I CHEWED IN A PAPER!!! I took it out of my mouth and inspected it and it was a PAPER! I called Roe the waiter over and he apologized and said he would bring me another one and I was hungry so I sat and ate the cheese sticks by that time I was already nauseous, lost my appetite and then another dark hair lady proceeded to me and said it was the paper from the hamburger patty like if it was nothing like justifying the error. Then another lady with glasses came and apologized and basically said the same thing and if I needed anything else to let her know??? They finally brought out my replacement meal I took a bite ate a few fries then just didn’t feel hungry anymore. I asked Roe for a ticket then he brought me 2 styrofoam plates to go I put all my food in them then they asked if I wanted a drink to go I said that’s fine I got a lemonade. Because obviously from all the food that I was taking I WAS NOT satisfied. I spent almost $20 dollars WHEN IT COULD HAVE BEEN WAIVED FROM THE INCONVENIENCE! I should have just left after the initial incident! I ended giving away all the food and drink to a homeless person asking for money at the stoplight. I honestly was disgusted by the whole situation. I don’t even know why they have so many employees no one was hardly there at the time I went and ppl still looked...
