Positivitea boba bar — Restaurant in McAllen

I went to Positivitea on January 6th 2025. I bought a small blended taro with brown sugar tapioca. The total was 6.70 when I payed via cash app at the shop. Positivitea up charged me the next day at 5 AM. The two people at the front (who I’m assuming are the owners) seemed annoyed to be there, maybe they were mad at each other- I don’t know. I felt awkward and a bit uncomfortable, I just wanted to order and leave, so that’s what I did. I was not rude (I worked in customer service before so I understand) I smiled and thanked them after ordering, but I did not leave a tip. I bring that up because the only way I think something like this would happen is if I left a tip- I don’t leave tips if I have to go up to order and get my items. I didn’t have much money in that card, after that initial transaction I only had $1.48, so after the up charge I now have 31¢. This is actually insane that Positivitea took it upon themselves to take more money from me than agreed upon. Especially an up charge of $1.17 on a $6.70 item (including tax). Family run business means family run service. Best boba, best milk, best tea I've ever tasted, not to mention the most friendly service I've ever experienced. Not only did she(daughter 1) know EXACTLY what tea my girlfriend showed her after just eyeballing a single angle of a single picture, but she described the exact thing our taste buds would soon discover, which was an explosion of flavor that aimed to please and that satisfied my sweet tooth, plus the softest boba that could only be described as heavenly. It's alright. The taro milk tea was good, raspberry lemonade was very light, and did not go with the tapioca balls, but I chose that so it was on me. The menu was pretty confusing too. It seemed you had to choose an item from each of the 3 steps, but in Step 2 there was both tea and various types of milk, so unless you choose milk tea in Step 1, there was no way to get a mixing of tea and milk. But then if you already choose milk tea, then what would you choose in Step 2? Was a lot of mixing of different powders though, and I hated that the paying option defaulted to a 15% tip. Would...
