I do not recommend this store because the store director Marcos does not care about his customers and DO NOT ever place an order online because they don't care to pack it properly and they wont refund you the shipping cost even if things get to you broken or damaged. This is what happened. I placed an order online and everything i received was damaged, i called the store to get a phone number for customer service because i could not find one online and apparently the management there did not have one either, how is that possible! I go to this store to see what they can do and the manager Marcos was very rude to me, he didn't let me explain myself and immediately attacked me and ask me if I had made the online order at his store, and my answer was “i made the order online on the website” as to what he responded “well then let me tell you i don't have the answers to your questions because your purchase was not done at my store, there are only two stores that ship and my store is not one!” How am i supposed to know that as a the customer! He said he didn’t have a computer to see my order and there was not much he could do, so basically he didn't care to do anything about it. We shouldn’t get treated like this as customers and talked down, he should have better manners. I feel sorry for the workers there if customers get treated like that I can imagine how poorly the cashiers and rest of the staff gets treated by their manager. Read moreIt’s my absolute favorite store, I only gave it a 3 because of one of their rude employee. Just this past Saturday 10/25/25, after the coraline fest I went to At Home to see what decorations to buy for Christmas. It was my husband, my sister and my daughter there. We were so excited about the inflatables and their cheap prices to the HUGE ones!! My daughter got close to one BUT didn’t touch it. She was just telling me and showing which one she wanted us to get. Then this employee from behind comes raising her voice “don’t be touching the inflatables!” My daughter got scared and I said “there’s a little boy in between there he’s touching them!” She walked away laughing I said “what’s so damn funny??” And she walked away with a grinch box inflatable. I went straight to the front and spoke to a lady and she was very nice. I told her the situation that happened and asked if I remember who it was, I said “no, but she was by the inflatables” she then proceeded to describe her “black, long hair?” I said “yes!” The fact that she already knew who I was talking about says a lot! She apologized and called her thru the radio to speak to her. I went around still looking around. I believe it was the manager I spoke to, she went around looking for me and apologized once again. Read moreIf I could leave no stars I would. I usually get out of work at 7:30 so by the time I make it to my nearest Pharr location it takes me almost 45-50 minutes leaving Harlingen with no traffic. We arrive to the store at 8:45 I understand they close at 9 but I had knew what I wanted which wouldn’t have taken me more than 10 minutes to get the item check out and leave. A female associate comes to the door saying “We are closed mam” I state that the sign says they close at 9. She said yea but we are already closed. So I say so I’m not allowed to shop? She said no. And rudely walked away. I proceeded to tell her she needs to get the signs changed to 8:45 if that’s the case and rudely said we will do that.
