Horrible customer service. Will not go back here again. I’d rather drive in the opposite direction, sit in traffic, and pay more at another Taco Bell. Came and ordered two bean burritos with extra red sauce and onions. Was charged for extra red sauce, got home and the burrito was dry with no visible red sauce in the burrito. Called and spoke to a rude associate manager, Andy. I told her of my issue and she said she made it herself and the way she makes it is that she mixes the red sauce into the beans. I told her that that’s not what I’m tasting and not how I ordered my burritos. Did not get an apology but a pushback in telling me they will not remake my burritos and they will only give me a side of sauce. I told her that I was not coming back up there this evening and that was unacceptable. She still gave the same response. Asked for the actual manager’s name and she said it’s Javier and that he’ll be out for 3 days. I shared with “Andy” that her customer service sucks and that the side of sauce is not what I ordered when I’ll have to pour it onto a burrito after unwrapping it. If she wouldn’t have mixed the items together (which it was still dry, hence the reason for extra red sauce), I wouldn’t be writing this. It’s disheartening that customer service is so horrible for a $5 order. It’s not like I’m asking for a remake of a $30+ meal. Customer Service here has declined over time and I’ve had my issue addressed. But this…takes the cake. 0/10 would NOT recommend.
Update: Went in the next day to talk to a manager and return my uneaten food for a refund. Guess who was there with a nasty attitude? Andy! I met her energy and spoke to a manager named Mo. I’m pretty sure he’s not going to do anything about her behavior or lack of customer service….I received my refund and will NOT...
Read moreThe KIOSK for ordering is just another way of reducing your customer service. Two weeks ago I was told i HAD to use the kiosk to place an order.
Yesterday (6/28/19) I entered the this Taco Bell around a quarter till 5pm. No one was at the front desk! So I went to your kiosk and started to enter an order, which I did correctly. [order#2203848 at store #029487]
I had to either accept an email receipt or no receipt. I couldn’t figure out how to get a printed receipt. ( probably my fault ) my receipt indicates I ordered 1 Baja Mt Dew Blast in the body of the order but I was given and charged for 2. (That was OK, I enjoyed both of them. No one was at the counter for me to pay , so I had to use try credit card for a lousy 6.48. Not my typical credit card purchase. I was given my food order with out my drink....,, still no one at the front counter. After getting the food preparer’s attention she called some one else, who apologized and provided me my drink. I ask if they had discontinued the free senior drink.. she couldn’t answer and called another person who told me they still offered the senior drink. Since they were not listed on the kiosk menus I ask how I ordered them? “Just ask the person at the front desk”. ????????
Taco Bell is my go to fast food restaurant has been for years. The food is always good and freshly prepared, and most importantly it flavor is the same if I’m in Illinois, California or Texas. Taco Bell is Good! But Taco Bell latest move to kiosk ordering appears to only be because other fast food places are going in that direction. Taco Bell seems to be attempting to discontinue any reasonable CUSTOMER SERVICE. At least at this store #029487 I wi not go back to it. I’ll drive to a facility in a...
Read moreFirst sign of a problem was when I pulled up to the window and I heard the cashier say "Give me that Nacho Bell Grande! ... Oh... Wait... that had sour cream on it."
I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande but I requested no sour cream because I usually get sick off of it. Considering I had just ordered, it sounded like the cashier wanted to give me old food!
Next after I paid, (was not given a receipt) the cashier asked me to pull my car around to the front parking lot. I asked why, but she didn't hear me the first time and actually gave me a dirty look. "Did you not hear what I said. Pull your car around to the front."
Okay... rude... but I kept my tone even and I repeated my question, "Why?" After all this is a fast food pickup window. All other Mexican restaurants on 380 (Rosa's &Taco Bueno) serve me from the window. Heck most of the fast food joints in Texas serve me from the window except McDonald's and that is only when they are extremely busy.
The cashier told me she didn't want me to hold up the line. I purposely looked behind me at the empty line behind me. Seriously it was a ghost town there. Another sign I failed to see before it was too late. I told the cashier I would wait at the window. She actually made a Charlie Brown, "Augh!" noise before closing the window.
I dont know what her problem was. I know she has ridiculously long and painted fingernails. So I don't see her doing anything there but maning that cash register. But she really hated her single customer being at that window and wanting fresh food. If any manager could pull that up on their security camera. Please do so. I'm worried that someone else will get the old sour cream Nacho Bell Grande and get sick.
Thank you...
