Roatan Cafe & Grill — Restaurant in Texas

I never been there but a friend ate here at the roatan grill , I was told that him and his family went there expecting Roatan Caribbean food and they were disappointed to find no Roatanean food. Instead they got Hondurean Latin food, not Roatanean Caribbean food. If you walk in to a Roatanean restaurant am expecting Caribbean culture food facts!. If you want Chinese food I go to a Chinese restaurant. If you want Indian food you go to a Indian restaurant. F if I want American food I go to a fast food burger restaurant. But if I walk into this restaurant looking some Caribbean food I won’t find it only the name is from the Caribbean. I can’t ask my gram mother to make me Baliada’s and Pupusas she can’t it’s not a Caribbean delicacy. We get it using the name for publicity is a good move. I just stopped and sent my Son to order a baleada and order of tacos and the cashier charge for 2 instead of one Baleada I checked my receipt and saw her mistake. I sent my son back and told her to fix this and the cashier told him no she can't give me my money back, so I had to go there and tell her about this and she was so rude and told me I wasn't her problem she suppose to called the owner and Start speaking English she tought I didn't understand English so because for her wasn't Right she didn't give me back my money when I paid this on cash and I told her arrogance was Nasty. I don't recommend this place because of their cashier service...

First off there was no type of air circulation. My new born was going crazy due to how hot it was inside. I ordered a plátano relleno and there was barely any meat. When I went to the front desk and told them, The cook in the back screamed out that she put meat but if we want more we have to order it. The server was really nice and accommodated us. Also, they charged an automatic gratuity of 15% even tho i wasn’t content at all.
