First time at this location, actually first time trying scooterâs coffee âď¸ and I have to say that my experience was excellent! I ended up getting an iced mocha made with coconut milk and I ordered a small now for me everything about this configuration was on point. The flavor was so good it almost felt like I was drinking a tropical coffee. And the size for a âsmallâ and for what you pay for it was a good price it almost looks like itâs a size of a medium đ¤đ˝ the employees there very friendly, very patient and took care of me right away. I asked questions as far as if they had some type of âreward systemâand the woman there acknowledge that they do but thereâs an app you have to download and each time you get coffee/food you scan the app and you accumulate points so that was good to know. I have to say drive-through coffee shops is kind of where itâs at. Especially if youâre on your way to work I like the convenience of that. I think Iâll be stopping again this time possibly try a different drink, but the coffee was really good....

I got the Iced Sea Salt Caramel drink, it was smooth & so yummy. I did get a little snack & it was okay in flavor, but I would get it again. When we pulled up to the menu at the drive thru I saw that they had so much more, so I am excited to try the rest. We had a terrible experience here. We purchased a strawberry shake, only to find a long hair from the person who prepared it. Disgusted, we returned to address the issue, but things only got worse.
The employee refused to take the drink back, claiming it was against "policy for her own security." To make matters worse, she tried to shift the blame onto us, saying, "You also have hairâyour wife and your son too."
Although they eventually made a replacement drink, the lack of basic hygiene practices and customer service was appalling. Employees should be required to wear proper hair coverings to prevent such incidents.
