El Kiosko — Local services in Jersey Village

Place was busy!!! This is not our first kiosko so we expected it to be busy and friendly. Upon entering no welcome or not a hello. We were by ice cream station as we were going to order ice cream and still not a word and the gentlemen just standing by register not even acknowledged us. So finally I was like where do you order here outloud!!! So he finally goes over here..... as we get to the register he asks what would you like as if we were kind of bothering him. So where has customer service gone? The ice cream was ok I got pistachio, but there was no pistachios in it?!?!?? And my wife got the pecan and same thing she did not get any pecans!!! Not sure why they say pecan or pistachios, maybe it’s just flavoring not sure... however at other kioskos we have tasted the pecans and pistachio or almonds that is in the ice cream. Not sure what the difference is since they are a franchise company, maybe the owners of this kiosko are just trying to cut back and make more profit at least it’s what it looks like and tastes like... anyways not going back to that kiosko...

I’ve been coming here for years, I love this place. I always order online and I’ve never had a problem. And I ordered today and I paid for it online and I get there and they were saying I didn’t pay for it. The prices they have on their website are wrong, so I had to pay more when I got there. It wasn’t a lot of money by any means but you should honor the price you have displayed PERIOD. It’s shady to have people pay, and when they come in they have to pay more to get what they already paid for. Second, there’s a way you talk to people, and when your system is the problem and not the customer, you DEFINITELY shouldn’t be rude to the customer. There was this one really pretty girl and she was being nice and apologetic but her coworker was being rude to me for being confused. I was so embarrassed when I left. I don’t want to go back there because I’m too embarrassed. I literally wouldn’t be writing a review if it went down differently...

I have strong doubts about the authenticity of the five-star reviews, consider you can buy online this days.

During my first visit in this place, I encountered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a watermelon ice cream, but what I received was a mixed cup that included a blue ice cream. Additionally, the watermelon ice cream had an unpleasant odor, taste, and texture, indicating it was spoiled. When I returned to the store to request a replacement or a different flavor, the staff refused to accommodate my request or provide a refund.
