We’ve only been here three times but each time there’s been something frustrating going on. The first visit a guy (worker) was being extremely loud on the phone the whole time to the point I couldn’t even think straight. The second visit we wanted to buy cards but when we got there the card guy was apparently at a card show and wiped out the entirety of the cases leaving not even a handful to look at. The third visit we wanted to sell some cards, so my boyfriend called ahead of time to ask their percentages and after arriving were disappointed yet again. Not only was the card guy not there, but when another worker called him and sent a picture of our cards he declined and said he “wasn’t currently buying”. What annoyed us was the lack of communication, like if he wasn’t buying why hadn’t we been told before when we called? This place is well over an hour drive for us so if it’s going to keep leading to wasted gas and being let down, I think we’re just gonna stay away and stick to our normal places. My Xbox was fixed in less than an hour and on the same day!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot put into words how pleased I am with this store. My cats ran across my HDMI cord and damaged the HDMI port on my Xbox. I called several places to have this fixed. The times varied drastically. I was told anywhere from 1-3 weeks for the part to come in and that it would take a couple days for them to get to it after the part arrived. The other stores did not seem eager for the work. FINALLY, I came across Spectral gaming. The gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant, understanding and all around a great guy. He had the part in stock, and offered an extremely fair price. On top of that, he got it done a head of schedule and it had to be less than an hour of starting that he sent me a text and picture of the Xbox series X working. I’m huge into gaming and I didn’t miss a beat getting back to the BO6 camo grind. So shoutout to this amazing store. His kindness and honesty will bring me back time and time again, for other electronic repairs. It’s also a card game store and lounge for people to meet and play and everyone was super nice! This place, This guy that is in the place named Luiz is a true professional. A master at his craft. Just bare with me so I can explain how much of a blessing that finding this place was for me. I work alot. I dont get a chance to see one my brothers all the time. We stay quite a distance from each other. Playing cod Zombies online is our way to bond and kinda of hang out. This is also how I blow off steam from work. I turned on my game expecting to play when no signal was showing on my tv screen. Found out later that is was my Hdmi port that was damaged. Saying I was devastated is a large understatement. I didn't know what to do. I searched online and found this place. I brought my game inside and was greeted with a professional and attentive welcome. Mr. Luiz explained to me what was wrong with my ps5, how it could have happened, and other measures to take so it wouldn't happen again. He said come back in a hour and it WILL be fixed.
