My husband and I went here there were three staff when we got there at 7:30 pm or so he ordered first Steak and eggs with grits. I ordered grill cheese and ham sandwich with hash browns. My sandwich came first with just His orange juice. His steak came out and he was done with it so he asked the waitress where the rest of the meal was she stated it was coming. I will say I could have cooked the eggs and toast twice before she came with it. Waffle wasn't done till 9pm we asked the waitress for a discount she said she couldn't do it. As we were leaving the district manager came in I asked him if he could give my husband a 10% discount toward his next visit he said he would if he was there the next visit😳... I wondered if he was joking at first but he clearly believed that was a great answer to a loyal customer. Mr Kevin, district manager the first mistake was assuming I would let it go. A. You never intended to rectify, recognize or apologies to me or my husband for not the staff but your defects in the Waffle maker. B. You have District Manager title for a reason. I feel sorry for your unappreciated staff working to ensure your store has employees covering the shifts. C. You Sir are responsible for ensuring they have the tools and support from team. D. I'm not trying to get something, for nothing my husband works hard and our dollars do attribute to your company's bottom line. E. You Mr District Manager as you so proudly stated are disrespectful and arrogant you could have inquired about my grievance but you didn't smh you thought oh well just a nother black woman trying to get over. Well sorry to say If I wanted to get over I would have split the ticket and paid for the food I received in a timely manner and the steak and eggs would have been on You after I was blatantly disregarded and disrespected by you. I am going to write a letter to corporate in Regards to your rudeness. I might not be able to get justice but you could have helped the issue by taking responsibility and apologizing to me and most importantly my Husband. As the older crowd of employees leaving there were a younger crowd coming in so at this point I'm like yeah it's not giving a good food vibe babe let's go to flying biscuit, she insisted we stay because she was starving. Read moreNo one greeted when came in the door. Stood there for about 10 minutes before being seated despite have open booths. Order a cup of coffee and it was horrible and I like Waffle House coffee but this was old and nasty. Asked for my hash-browns to be extra crispy and they were barely even browned. I ate almost my entire sausage bowl before they brought me my Waffle. I saw the girl take it off the waffle maker she looked at and knew it was burnt but flipped that side down so it didn’t show and brought me the waffle anyway. I flipped it over to tell her but she took off. By the time I finally flagged her down to tell her I had finished my other food. She did not apologize or ask if I wanted another one just threw it in the trash and walked off again. Had to ask the cashier to take the waffle off the ticket.
