There are staff at this location who have difficulty completing requests accurately and keeping their opinions of customers in front of other customers to themselves. First experience I asked for decaf coffee I was told that they could give me an americano as they don't brew decaf. This is fine but when I asked if they would using decaf beans the barista said no that she would use expresso beans and water it down. That's great for regular Americano but I wanted decaf. After going around for a few I opted for tea. I had this same problem 3 more times on other days and gave up opting for tea for rest of month (january- had bought green promotional cup- free tea or coffee). During this same time baristas complained about their other customers while I waited for my drink order. On last day of promotion , asked for my tea for green cup. That went well. I asked for decaf hot tall with a packet of Stevia on the side. Received a cold brewed "decaf". Returned that and asked again for hot tall decaf with stevia packet on the side. Received hot "decaf" with sugar already mixed in it.... Do not recommend this location!
I am opting for starbucks on 59 and Northpark they will use decaf beans to make the americano. And they do listen to customer to get orders...
Read moreI love this Starbucks location!!! Since relocating this is the closest Starbucks I have. Another has since been built & opened, but bc this location has all of the ingredients to make my Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with 9 pumps of Toffee Nut Syrup & Carmel & Mocha Drizzle on top!!! So I don't mind driving an additional 5 miles out. All of the baristas know me (& my 2 drinks) by name, so I tend to get in & out quickly. Everyone, just as all other locations, is super friendly & always have the best attitudes!!! The parking seems to be a bit narrow but if you know how to drive, back-up, & maneuver your vehicle, it's not a big deal. Lol.

Read moreI was at your Starbucks today. As I pulled into the drive through line that I barely got off the feeder road. I notice the line was not moving. I couldn't understand why there was plenty of room for a vehicle to move into the spot and didn't move. After watching a few mins and not knowing why there was nobody moving I drove passed them. Got in line and then got approached by a woman. You would have thought I had committed some kind of horrific crime. I apologize and then was approached by a Starbucks employee who told me I was rude for moving ahead of everyone else. Thank you for pointing out how rude I was for jumping ahead of a line that wasn't moving but had plenty of time to do so. May I suggest that you make addiquit drive through so that this problem doesn't happen again. I have never been so discussed with people and Starbucks.
