I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. Definitely the worst one I've been to. We went through the drive-thru and were told that their system was down, so they were only accepting cash. No big deal, we said we had cash and went ahead with our order. But here's the strange part - the three cars in front of us paid with their cards and even used their phones for payment, and they all got their drinks without any issues. It was really odd to witness. When we pulled up to the window, we asked if we could pay with our phone on the app. The employee quickly replied with a "no points" and didn't bother addressing our question properly. Frustrated, we gave him a $100 bill, only to be told that they couldn't accept it. We didn't say anything in return and just drove off without our drinks. This kind of experience is completely new to me when it comes to Starbucks. I absolutely do not recommend this location due to their poor customer service. I also suspect we were misled because all the cars in front of us didn't have to pay in...
Read moreThere has to be a vivid description of what a job in customer service is to look like (on the giving and receiving end). The morning crew is sooooo rude and nonchalant. I usually use the app to order my items, I really love the grab and go deal. However, this location is forever “running out” of stuff but is never informative or apologetic about it. Today, Dec. 13, 2017 was probably the worst. So, I order the oatmeal and when I get there I realize that there’s no brown sugar in the bag. I inform the barista, she yells, “Brown sugar to the front” and the lady next to her says, “we’re out”. The end.
Neither of them never looked at me again to offer any suggestion: a sugar substitute, honey, pure cane sugar, powered sugar - NOTHING, like nothing at all. Out of all the sugary products in the whole coffee shop, no one offered me a thing.
I know that the oatmeal at McDonalds maybe a lot less healthy but I’d gladly pay a $1.50 for more calories and a smile.
How could a great (philanthropic) company hire such poor representation of its values. Do...
Read moreThis is the worse Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. Since moving to this side of town a couple years ago I do everything possible to avoid this location, but there aren’t many other locations on this area. Like others have commented, they take forever. Drive thru or walk-in. It’s always 20-30 minutes minimum and the order is almost always wrong. They have a “don’t care” attitude and zero sense of urgency. Today my sick wife asked me to get her a medicine ball tea, and they basically refused to make it. They told me that they were out. I asked “of the tea packed? Or lemonade?” They responded “well we only have mint packets and lemonade but 80% of the other ingredients are out.” But the tea consists of mint and peach packet, lemonade, water and honey. I asked if they could just make it with mint and steamed lemonade and they seemed annoyed and just responded. “No, we can’t, we are out.” This is absurd. They are literally driving customers away. Management has to know this is a problem. This store needs serious...
