Subway — Restaurant in Texas

I always visit this subway and I was disappointed this time around. Will not be going here again. I drove up to let them know I was there for a pick up order and he never responded. I went up the window he handed me my items and never said thank you or anything. The worker there barely said 2 words to me the whole time. And not only did they get all of our order wrong but they gave me the ends of the tomatoes that I would consider trash. I called and there are no managers on duty. It figures. Will be calling tomorrow in the morning to let them know.

Update: I contacted the manager and she seemed helpful. She shared she would speak to the workers that worked night and offered to replace my sandwich today until 4:00. I told her I worked too far away and would not be going for it and only wanted to share my experience....

Asked for a simple ham and cheese on a toasted italian bun with lettuce and pickles and was given the completely wrong sandwich. I asked if they had simply given me the wrong order as i showed them what i had ordered on my receipt and JUAN accused me of printing a fake receipt so i could get a free extra sandwich. I showed the date on the receipt and explained that the previous worker had just handed me the receipt. I was continuously accused of being a “fucking cheap skate hoe”, word by word, and was being charged double for the wrong sandwich i was handed. When I got to the location the drive thru was pretty crowded but the inside was quite empty. The service was good but it took a while to actually get to order because of everyone in the drive thru. Later on it started to get more crowded and because of thr fact there was only 3 employees it got a little hectic. The service was slow and some orders got messed up in the drive through. But all in all there was nothing wrong with the food and I'm happy with that. I will definitely be coming here again but maybe a couple more...
