Hello . I just wanted to share a feedback about this subway opposite HEB on 1463 . I usually do online orders and this subway always does not make my sandwich even worth calling a sandwich . I am vegetarian and all I order is a vegggie delite . The past two times they have been putting 2 leaves of spinach , like literally two leaves on a full footlong and 4 slices of tomato and 3 pieces of bell Pepper. I complained when I pickup and that lady refused to do anything about it . I was told that the manager has asked them to do that and I should speak to the manager . Today I came to speak to the manager and she said that the associate did it all well and that I am lying and you should have kept the sandwich to show me ( really , overnight to let it rot). She accused of wanting free food and I was like online orders can never be free as there is a no pay at pickup option . I feel insulted and judged for $6 and that I would Lie for that amount . She said many customers do that . So not only did the customer service not do anything the manager was outright evil . I would advise people to stay away from...
Read moreI came in this evening at 9 PM. When I walked in the restaurant was hospital clean with freshly updated decor. The only soul in the restaurant was the person behind the counter. They were making two sandwiches for, what I assume, was a door dash order. This neck-tattooed individual was moving at a snails pace and was also singing to himself. All of this so far is just fine. What is not fine is that it took 2:30 seconds to look up, and acknowledge me. I’m not disappointed that this individual tried communicating to me in Spanish, every time he needed to know the details of the sandwich. It was, however, immediately obvious the first time that I do not know how to speak Spanish. Oh, well…
The most disappointing thing ,however is whoever owns this franchise is either too cheap, too busy in other businesses, or just flat doesn’t care who’s running the store.

We work next door and just pop over to subway when we want a snack or something to drink and she is always purposely ignoring us and walking away when we enter. This morning, I was trying to put in my phone number and she wouldn’t even let me finish typing it in and when I asked her if my rewards went through, she lied and said yes, but when I got my receipt, which I had to grab myself because she just walked away after my transaction went through without even asking if I wanted it, my rewards number wasn’t on it which means that it didn’t go through. I understand it is early in the morning, but this is an everyday thing and it’s sad that I have to check and make sure her car isn’t here before going into subway.
