--- NK Score = 7.0/10 ---

8/10 = Furniture/Ambience 8/10 = Food Quality 7/10 = Service 5/10 = Price (Other Ratings N/A) =( BASIC INFO )=

Large Restaurant Decent Food Variety: Japanese (Sushi, Buffet, Noodle) Prices: Expensive ( $9.00 - $26.00 ) AYCE Limit: 20% Charge for Leftovers = Atmosphere =

Modern interior, pretty calm and relaxed ambience. The place is usually not too busy, only a few tables with people dining. Not many big tables available for giant parties, but they can arrange it. Overall a decent environment for dining in. = Food Quality =

--- Dinner AYCE ($25.99): 3/5 --- All you can eat menu with a bunch of sushi, sashimi, and many more Japanese dishes (Small Size). The sushi was fairly good, better than most buffets, but not as good as actual sushi restaurants. I tried 13 of their best rolls and I'd say around 70% of them were worth, the others fell a bit short in comparison as the flavors are generally the same. The non-sushi items were ok, they give you a smaller portion so you can try, but it's not spectacular. Overall a decent experience, but a bit pricy.

Recommend (GET THIS!) Sashimi Volcano Roll Shaggy Dog Sexy Girl Roll Dragon Roll Tempura Roll Shrimp Tempura Curry Chicken

Not Recommended (NO!) Any of the "Basic" Rolls Small Ramen Bowl Spider Roll Boston Roll Shu Mai Fried Rice = Price / Service =

Prices are high and can be very expensive if you want to do AYCE (All You Can Eat). But it's worth it in a sense if you eat a lot of food.

Service is pretty default, not much else. Miscellaneous (Other): 20% Charge for Leftovers (AYCE) Orders take from 5-15 Minutes (AYCE)

I had came in with a friend to grab lunch everything was great, our waitress was very kind and friendly and attentive. I love to see that in service. The Food was good except for (Anything Tempura) it just had a watered down seafood taste like the batter was made with tap water That Day- usually it's okay. Our server had taken the sweet potato tempura away, and notified the kitchen about it. I could over hear the FOH employees confused on how I didn't eat the sweet potato tempura but the shrimp tempura I ate. I had given the shrimp tempura the benefit of the doubt of it tasting off but when vegetables taste like seafood something is not right. I finished my meal with some green tea ice cream, something I was looking forward too, the matcha flavor was non-existent, the taste was off- again it's usually good. I would've preferred not to eat it but I had gotten Ayce and it was mildly edible.

(When it came to our bill our total was $32.45 they had a %10 off lunch special that was listed on their website that wasn't applied to our bill, I had left $33 dollars on top of the check and brought it to our server's attention about it. She had came back but with our new total to $30.45 and only $30 dollars on the check I stated I had put $33 dollars on the check but Further denied, and I had only put $30 dollars. Which left me in shock. She seemed content with the $30 dollars and not cared to ask for the remaining balance of the check as if I had truly left $33 dollar's)

The management seems sketchy here and I would be concerned about the honesty of the place and payment- I do want to like the place but my new experience was very off putting It was sad to have a great start and such a discontented ending...

The sushi here was great, and at the price you can't beat it. However the service was awful. I hope we were just unlucky because this place was great besides that. My fiancee and I ate here for Valentine's Dinner (we're sushi fanatics). They had a sign posted that said free glass of wine for couples in celebration of Valentine's Day. We asked our server about it when she greeted us and she said she would bring it. We ordered our waters as well. She brought us water, but never the wine. We ordered our first sushi order and asked about the wine again. Still no wine. We got all of our order except for an order of shrimp tempura (which was on the receipt) we didn't realise till later so we didn't say anything. We stopped the server to ask about the wine again, still no wine. She took our second order, and we got that fairly quickly. Then she asked if we wanted more. We ordered. She then kept stopping by the table and asking us what we were waiting for (it happened 3 times) she came and cleared our table and took my fiancees eel sauce even though it wasn't empty. Then she brought out one item of sushi and asked me did I want more. I told her I had order with her already and she look surprised then walked away and my sushi came out later. We asked for the check and she took quite a while, although I saw her walk right by us several times. We never did get the wine, and it wasnt just about free wine, we would have payed for wine, it was just something we wanted to go along with the special day. We hope that this isn't typical because this restaurant is a really good concept with good sushi. Just very...

Place was crowded as expected on a Friday night. Waited about 25 minutes on a table for two. Once we were seated we were promptly seated and order was taken. The dinner menu ($29) seems to be a bit more expansive than Sushi Masa. They offered short ribs and fish collar for example. These were limited to one serving per visit and take at least 15 min to prepare. Only the short ribs were available during the visit. Sashimi was plentiful and fresh as previously frozen items can be. The salmon was more fatty and enjoyable than most sushi places I have been too. I ordered 20 slices of fosh and that was no problem. Sushi rolls were on the big side, but not too much of a problem. Rice was good with well defined, separate grains and was seasoned well. I only had one roll that was kind of mushy towards the end. Seafood ramen soup was kind of small but expected. Still good with a nice broth. Drinks were served in mason jars. Cute. Didn't expect them to use Styrofoam plates for the sushi and sashimi. Service was ok. There were only two servers on the floor and both did the best they can. Even the busser helped out. I would suggest ordering a lot and stop them when you are mostly done with a round. I actually waited 20 mins to get my last order in. I would go there again when there are more people willing to serve.

Overall it was a good value. Paid $27.99 for dinner and basically anything you want you can order it off menu and they will bring it to you. Lunch is cheaper, I think the menu said $15.99 at lunch, but items are limited for that pricing. So if you want to just check it out and save some cash, lunch would be the way to go. It all depends on really how much you can eat. If you normally only eat a roll or eat like a bird, this would not be the way to go. I’d drink a coffee or eat light, skip lunch and show up for dinner and chow down to make it worth it. After eating I definitely did not want to see sushi for the next couple of days. Keep in mind this place was not all just sushi and sashimi. They had udon, ramen, rice bowls, salmon, beef etc. so if you get tired of eating just sushi you can switch it up. Ambience could use some help- they definitely need a decorator, but food was good. The lady waiting the tables always checked in and all. I heard of another place that has a similar all you can eat, but from what I’m aware of you can only eat in your car at the other place. Can’t think of the name, but running your car in 100 degree weather eating fish was not my thing so I ended up here instead.
