A Business That Thrives on Indifference
Customer Service: A Complete Lack of Courtesy
The personality of the staff leaves so much to be desired. Every interaction feels transactional at best, dismissive at worst. There’s no warmth, no effort to make customers feel valued—just an apathetic exchange that makes you feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest.
A basic level of customer service should include simple courtesies—a polite greeting, a sincere “thank you,” or at the very least, acknowledgment beyond handing you a bag and shutting the window. Instead, my experience here is summed up in two words: "Here you go."
That’s it. No pleasantries. No effort. Just a robotic exchange that leaves you questioning why you chose this place in the first place.
Unresolved Issues: The Drive-Thru Speaker Nightmare
Let’s talk about the drive-thru speaker—an issue that has gone ignored for three years.
Every single visit, without fail, I am forced to yell my order in an attempt to be heard. And each time, the staff casually mention that the owners are aware of the issue but refuse to spend the money to fix it.
For a business that depends on efficiency, ignoring such a fundamental flaw is simply unacceptable. A broken speaker not only frustrates customers but also disrupts service, increases order errors, and creates unnecessary tension between staff and patrons.
At this point, it's clear that customer experience is not a priority for the management here.
Final Verdict: Drinks Are the Only Redeeming Factor
While the drinks are decent, everything else is subpar at best and frustrating at worst.
Between lackluster service, apathetic staff, and an unresolved drive-thru issue, it’s clear that customer satisfaction is an afterthought rather than a priority.

Read moreWent to this cute place last night for the first time. I actually loved the place, but this review is because of the experience.
I walked in and both employees were sitting, eating a meal - which is completely fine in my book. But, they didn’t even greet me. I assumed they were customers. As I walked to the coffee bar, they both got up and walked over there to actually help me. Still never greeted me. Just stared at me so they could hurry up and get the transaction over with. I just felt like I was bothering them and inconveniencing them by being there, period. I asked for the wi-fi password because it was never offered even though I had my laptop bag in plain sight. They just pointed to the cash register and said “it’s on the cash register.” I had trouble reading it, even though I have 20/20 and they didn’t offer help.
Made my coffee and sat it on the counter. Still no words exchanged. I said, “thank you so much!” And sat to meet with my clients. They had the same experience when they ordered. We left and were not told “bye” or “thank you for coming” or “have a great evening!” Literally nothing. Cool place, bad...
Read moreMy husband and I shared a fruit deluxe bubble egg waffle. The dessert was pretty good. The customer service was not the greatest. I asked several questions but only got vague confusing answers. One of the questions was about the different varieties of fruit which apparently there's only bananas and strawberries. No mangoes or any other fruit, so it shouldn't probably be called fruit deluxe. Another question was about the different syrups to add. I'm not a fan of the strawberry syrup it comes with so I got caramel but it's not advertised anywhere so I had to ask for it by name. They also do not have forks so it is beyond me how you're expected to eat a waffle with a spoon. Overall subpar experience and will probably not...
