U’’Maki Sushi Burrito is a Perfect Fusion of Sushi and Burrito! I recently had the chance to try their sushi burrito under new management, and it was a delightful experience! I heard the owner said he import fresh fish from Japan. The combination of fresh sushi ingredients and the convenience of a handheld burrito format was both innovative and satisfying. The flavors were vibrant and well-balanced. The sushi rice was perfect, the fish tasted fresh, and the variety of toppings added a wonderful crunch and complexity. I especially loved their fatboy sushi burrito. The portion size was generous, making it an excellent value for the price. It’s a perfect option for those who love sushi but want something more filling and portable. The presentation was beautiful, the burrito was neatly wrapped, and every bite was consistent in flavor. I’m big on milk tea, the new management owner recommended their freshly brewed milk tea. I was instantly in love with it, not crazy sweet and heavier on the tea taste. Just the way how milk tea supposed to be. Overall, the sushi burrito is a fun twist on traditional sushi, and I highly recommend it for sushi lovers looking for something new and exciting!

Absolutely livid I have been coming here since they opened I was the 8th original customer here. Customer service here used to be gray wonderful you actually got what you ordered and it was worth what you paid however today I placed an online order and I got here to get it and just throws the bag at me paid almost $30 for a 3 protein bowl. She's knew she left out half of it and chose not to tell me. I had to drive 30 minutes back.. so I had to waste an hour of my drive back to Austin to come and get my food corrected. And saying oh well we now charge extra for that well that's fine but take it out of her tip because the app I mean the website should have charged it correctly that's not my fault y'all have the receipt do it and she should have told me that employee that made it should have told me since when do you only put not even a toddler handful of rice in here like there's not even a quarter cup of rice. This is the absolute worst I have ever seen

Used to come here all the time. Loved it. Very affordable and they would load up the bowl. This time they are under new management. It’s about 30% more in price and they barely put any food in the bowl. I had to ask for more rice. And even my tuna and salmon he didn’t even put the full scoop. He put some back. Never seen that before. Then I kept having to ask for more of the toppings cuz they were barely putting any. Then at the end they rang me up for $2 for literally like 10 grains of rice he put extra without telling me or no sign of extra charge for more rice. Honestly super disappointed. This is a picture of my bowl with “extra rice” and even extra toppings. Barely filled. It used to be jammed packed with food they could hardly close it. Sucks because this used to be my go to for Poke in the area. This was only a 2 scoop of protein bowl and it was $20 lol

This location is so so, I came here this evening as I was the only one home and it was pointless to cook at 830 pm for only one person. I decided upon this restaurant as it seemed to have a healthier fare than some of the surrounding restaurants. I ordered my food online. I purchased the sushi bowl with the tofu and salmon. It was okay. Obviously the fish is raw, and it was decent however the tofu was an unpleasant texture which was disappointing. In addition I was missing toppings. The bowl overall was okay, I would rather just order sushi products elsewhere though. I am fond of Fujijapan, even rainbow sushi is decent if you are trying to be cost effective. I ordered online and came in to pick it up, it was clean from what I saw but I stood there for 15 minutes to receive my order that was ready 5 minutes prior. This would not bother me except I have raw fish sitting on hot rice, for nearly half an hour. This being said the service was not great. They do not greet you, not even upon arrival. They are not really friendly either. I may return as it is not even .2 miles from my home but only if I am looking for an odd cuisine that is not served at...

First time here and don’t know if I will be back.

Sister & I came in and when placing our order an employee (female) was very short with her and ignored some questions about the menu. When it was my turn to order I stated I needed a minute (our first time here). She then asked me again after a few seconds and when I said I needed time she walked away with a huff & didn’t come back until we sat down, another young teen employee helped us out. He was sweet and did his best answering our questions. The tuna & avocado looked old and a different color. The salmon looked freshly prepped so got that. The cooler where all the toppings were displayed look dirty, and the tables had crumbs and sticky. Was very nervous to get anything that would get me sick.

The female employee returned after we paid and proceeded to sit on a table having a loud personal conversation with someone on her phone and then started playing videos on her phone. It seemed like the owner/ manager was there briefly in the back putting inventory away.

I love poke bowls & trying new restaurants but it’s the little details that make a difference.

Spend about $40 for two...
