This is going to be a rather long review, but there' much more to it than a simple messed up order. I'd sworn off this location because they've never managed to get one of my orders right in one try, but decided to give them another try after their recent remodel. I saw that the manager of the location was the one bagging my food up, so made the incorrect decision not to check what was handed to me. I mean, a a manager should be capable of reading a receipt and putting the correct, and correct amount of food in a bag, right? When I got home, I discovered he wasn't, he'd left out half of the food and the rest was completely wrong. So, I drove back up there to get my money back. Since this was actually the second time I'd had to do this tonight, thank you Tomball Burger King, I promised my wife I'd be nice and not let my natural instinct to be a douche kick in. There were about 10 cars in the drive thru, so I decided to go in. As I walked up to the door, someone outside told me not to bother, it was locked I started having doubts I'd be able to keep my promise to my wife. He said they were fed up with people coming in and decided to lock the door. I wasn't sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, so I decided to beat on the window until a customer that managed to make it in before the lock down let me in. I explained to the very nice woman at the counter that it would be much easier to tell them what they did right on the order rather than what was incorrect. I explained I just wanted my money back. The manager came out of the back and proceeded to ignore me. He walked around checking things, bagging food for the drive through and generally just making it a point to make me wait. As I'd already established by beating on their window, I wasn't exactly in a patient mood. Now there's no doubt, I'm not going to be able to keep my promise to my wife. So, I start explaining to the employees that I know my problem wasn't their fault. They obviously have a total lack of leadership and their boss is a horrible manager and obviously incompetent. Since he gave me several minutes to verbally reflect on my poor decision to choose his restaurant, I had plenty to say. During this time, the employees decided to tell me what a horrible night all of them were having. Apparently, he's such a horrible person to deal with, four employees had already walked out that night. He was angry he was having to personally do so much work. I'd definitely not eat at this location in the near future. I'd give whoever is responsible for staffing this location enough time to realize their mistake in hiring this imbecile and replace him. Seriously, why can't we leave...
Read more9 times out of 10 my order is wrong with not just one mistake but at least two. I used to work in the fast food industry so I make sure to speak clearly and precisely when I order, to ensure that I am understood, but that's a waste of time at this location. Here are some tips for future Wendy's patrons:
Anyways, good luck!
Edit: they've remodeled this location but STILL get everything wrong, order wise, every time. I've stopped going. Just go to Whataburger instead because no matter how complicated you make your order there, 9 times out of 10 they get it right and the one time they don't, they just forget a dipping cup. Whataburger knows how to train their employees, Wendy's employees probably have no clue what "training" even means. No matter how good your restaurant looks on the inside, if it can't serve your customers properly, it doesn't count for anything. Again, good luck cause...

I showed up at 958 because I wanted a drink, realized they weren't open till 10 so I waited the two minutes then went back through the drive thru (it was pouring so I didn't want to get out). 10 minutes later no one still has answered. So I pull around just going to go somewhere else instead of wasting the gas idling there and as I pull around, then blonde haired messy bunned black women finally put her mic set on. I went back around again and finally got my drink and asked why it took so long and she replied (we don't open till 10 ma'am ) in a really rude voice. I said "uh ma'am, it is 1020. (It took 9 minutes for them to get a drink because by the time I got back to the order line it was 10:11). And she said (have a great day) then slammed the window shut. I said fudge it and called the store to speak with a manager. Got hung up on twice, and then finally got someone at the 3rd attempt. Needless to say, for a $2 drink, I went through a lot of hell and if it wasn't for the fact it was raining I would have probably went in there and threw a fit. Needless to say, I will never go back...
