I really never liked doing Surveys, Until this one, it gave me a change of heart ❤️ and for that I have put my whole heart in this one because they deserve it.
The store. smells fresh. Its very clean, I was being very observing!! I was looking around ever where the window, and door, tables, and the floors, even when I want to use the bathrooms floors, and the toilets, sink, mirrors, walls, all are very clean. I was so surprised I take off my het to them. If I had one on lol:)
Its like the employees are going By all of the health and safety rules. And that is exactly 💯 %
Because I have been in some places that I would just walk right back out the door!!
For example!! .The place would be smelling bad the door you do not want to even touch it to open it to go in or out
And the service would be so poor people are lined up to get their orders and they would be looking very frustrated because, they have been waiting to long because the restaurant do not have enough employees on duty either they back their chatting and playing around with each other, and not doing their job. And that's how bad some popular places are. today. And you can not get that quality Seave anymore that what I thought until I want to this place!!.
This place they know A clean environment is a safe environment. And they got it 👍
Whoever the manager are that's Teaching these employees!! they, have done and doing a wonderful, great, fabulous job.
The employers, are very respectful, professional, kind, And know how to give good customer serves to their customers.
The food is colorful and not old and soggy, It's always is fresh and good,
The mic music.is pleasant to listen to It sens out good vibes and it sets the atmosphere right.

Read moreBest I can describe it is I received the "wish.com" version of chick-fil-a. Let me explain. Staff were standing outside to take orders and pass it from the window to the car. All the staff members I encountered on my visit could not be bothered to do their assigned tasks. The pair taking the orders were too busy flirting and I had to wait until they finished with their conversation before anyone moved to approach me. I then move up to pay and receive the order and again staff is engaged amongst themselves. Not flirting this time but one was giving the other body piercing advice. Both hung out in the window with their backs to me for the majority of my visit. When asked to pay I still really wasn't acknowledged, there was no greeting or any confirmation that I was being charged for the correct order. I am then handed drinks while the employees hold private conversation. Only when I am handed food is there any attempt to confirm that I am receiving the correct order. Then I'm told to double check the accuracy of my order but nobody follows up with me to see why I'm still sitting there. Although I wasn't missing food items I was missing condiments that I had ordered. After waiting 5 minutes I then decided to leave without them. Whataburger please stop putting hormonal teenagers together unsupervised. Service was absolutely terrible. Also it's really cringey listening to someone give body piercing advice when they are clearly not qualified to do so. It's not the place...

Original Review: The staff is always pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately I'm pretty much guaranteed something wrong with my to go order. Inspecting meals for 4 in the drive thru lane isn't convenient nor would the person behind me appreciate it. That being the case double checking my order BEFORE bagging it would be nice, especially with all the signs about how many different ways there are to order a Whataburger. I'm not even sure how this happens so consistently as 1. I place my order for 4 2. my order is repeated to me at the speaker 3. my order is AGAIN repeated to me as they accept my payment then 4. my order is AGAIN repeated as they hand me my food. Maybe less repeating of my order to ME and more repeating of my order at the MAKE TABLE and the BAGGING STATION would help. Anyway, I don't think it's blatant negligence but it's VERY ANNOYING that it literally happens EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL. I will continue to eat here as it's Whataburger so it's automatically delicious and because it's the closest location to my home.
