There are two young men that work here who are amazing at their job! There's a petite young gal that looks like she could be Indian (I apologize if I'm wrong). Anyway, she's good at her job. She knows what she's doing. There's also a man with tattoos that always appears to be in a rush, he also appears to be Indian. I've observed him talking to his employees, and man, this guy knows HOW to guide and train his young coworkers. This Braum's is worth the drive, they just know how to get the job done. The whole crew that works here is the best! I drive from Frisco to this location. I pass the Braum's that's five minutes away from me just to come to this location. Why? Because they always get my order right, they look like they genuinely care about their job, and their employees are hardworking. There's a young black man with short dreads that has attended me twice. He's the sweetest kid ever, he really does a good job. I want to thank him, even though the lines are long, these young man really takes him time to get your order right. There's another young man that usually rings people up. Strawberry milk shake was EXTRAORDINARY thick.....burger meat was burned and smashed to a thin slice of meat. Bottom bun was saoked in ketchup to the point that the bun was soggy. The ketchup on the pump station was rainsied and was not fresh. We just had a winter storm break as of yesterday sooooooo. I would not be surprised if the condiments station was sitting there since before the storm hit 6 days earlier.... Since about 1999 Braum's food quality has gone down hill .... its just not what it used to be back in the day ...... I remember a juicy burger with thick cold tomato slice and freash lettuce leaf on the burger and hot melted cheese on the jumbo beef patty.... just super fresh hot, hot burn your mouth French fries...... you really, can't get a restaurant quality beef burger at a braums any more. It was okay, it was food...... Butter then that Arby's at Josey and Hebron next to the library in Carrollton...now that place is a POS place to eat. Omg 14 dollars one visit, for a Jr. Roast beef sandwich and fries. Waste of my money for sure. Never again Braums needs to focus on the ice cream they are good at that .... and maybe...
