Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in The Colony

I actually went to this location after being treated very badly by an employee or manger at the little elm location. After reading the reviews I was referred to this location in the colony. The manager Eric helped with all of my needs being that I was a new customer at metro coming from T-Mobile. He provided me with amazing customer service and empathy and to top it off also provided me with a new free screen protector for having such a horrible experience at the other location. Amazing customer service!!!! If you are in the area this Metro PCs location is the BEST to go to in the area. I went to the one on Eldorado in Little Elm OMG!! It was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!! They didn’t help me and was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I couldn’t believe I was treated that way. I immediately reported them and filed a complaint with Metros corporate department. I came to buy an iPhone 6 and it was 270 with tax and after that he told me he couldnt sell to me unless I buy their phone cover and th screen protector and I say ok because I didn’t know he was gonna give it to me for 30 dollars each so he charge me this price for a phone case that’s 10 dollars somewhere else and the screen cover is plastic is not even glass like the new ones so please don’t come here because they are going to rip you off and they don’t care about keeping their costumers happy they just care about making...
