Then My son forgot his password to his iCloud and I took it back to let them help us get into the phone and it was a struggle, but Rizz was so kind hearted and patient with us and she was able to get it unlocked and got us going again. These guys waste your time. Bought a new phone along with Galaxy buds only to find they can't hold a charge. They don't routinely check their products.
