I was given an attitude by an employee (the older man with an accent) at this location because I placed a pickup order and the sandwiches looked absolutely awful. I was so upset I went back and asked politely to have one remade and the man behind the counter was giving me and attitude and telling me that there’s nothing wrong with the sandwich when it looked absolutely horrific and instead of remaking the sandwich like I asked I was met with serious attitude and push back. I brought the sandwich back in and expressed that it didn’t meet my standards and that should have been enough to get the sandwich I paid for! I ordered two, the meatball sub looked awful as well but I mainly wanted my turkey sub. When I went in person he made it fine but he clearly doesn’t care about making pickup orders look good. very upset at this interaction because I am very respectful to service workers and did not deserve this disrespect! Him getting aggravated at me for simply wanting a remake was absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for because it is your job to make sure the sandwiches are made up to standards. Whenever I go in person they are made just fine but it’s clear to me that the people at this location will make your to go order incorrectly and absolutely sloppy. Look.. I have empathy, I have been on the other side working in food service, maybe he's having a hard time, everyone is, but I can't be responsible for reactions when I simply wanted an issue rectified.

Read moresubway is the worst company. Today I went to 2 different locations here in the Colony and neither would accept THEIR OWN company coupons. This is ridiculous! Why send the coupons out in the mail in this area if the locations here won't take them? Are we supposed to call each and every location to see which one will honor the coupons? I had no idea because I'm a new customer. I'm just trying to get lunch at a decent price after paying such high prices for gas the past couple of weeks.
So I got on the phone and called Jimmy John's and told them my situation and asked if they accept competitors' coupons. The manager said No, but he told me if I come over to his location on Paige, that he would just give me a sandwich for the trouble that subway caused me today. I went into Jimmy John's in tears. I was so grateful that I left them the money I would have paid at subway as a tip. subway is such an ugly company but the manager Cole at Jimmy John's on Paige in the Colony is an Angel and he has me as a customer for life. I called immediately and was advised that I needed to call corporate, online it specifically says that the restaurant needs to cancel the order. When I went into the store the man insisted that I had to call corporate. He then told me that they don't get paid for the sandwiches that are ordered online, which is an outright lie. I tried to show him the website and finally advised him that I needed proof that the order was voided. The moment he voided the order in order to provide me a receipt I received an email advising me the order was canceled and my pending transaction disappeared from my account. I will not return here due to the dishonesty(because who would believe that the store doesn't get paid for online orders that's a huge lie) and the fact that he advised me he had already voided my order and it obviously was not until I insisted on proof.
