I don’t care for leaving reviews unless it’s a great or really bad experience. Always go to this Starbucks and they make a special drink for me without any issues- strawberry açaí made with half and half instead of water. This time some guy made it, which I think was the manager and it was made wrong. Didn’t taste the same or look the same. Could tell it had water but they kept saying it didn’t. I called and let them know and some lady asked if I could go back and they’d make another one only I went back and had to repeat myself because everyone (including the same lady at the register) acted like no one had spoken to me. Same guy that made the drink intervened when I was showing her a picture of what it should look like and he went on to say it’s because the one in the picture seemed to be done with coconut milk when in reality I know it wasn’t and told him that. I let him know I always have it done just as in the picture even with the milk substitute and he kept talking back saying he did it right and that if I wanted it to “look” the same he could just add more milk. Like he rather act as if I didn’t ask for it right versus him recognizing that he didn’t. And adding more milk to make it look the same won’t make it taste the same so why even suggest that? Just say you don’t know how to make it bro and quit talking back to people. Whatever’s happened to customer service nowadays? It’s an effn joke - this location and its management (if he’s the manager). They didn’t even suggest a refund or a free drink. I had to ask for a refund and he just gave the girl a go-ahead with a gesture. Waste of time, energy and money. Do better and hire...
Read morePretty disappointed at how this location took care of me. I put in a mobile order before I walked out and realized my car was not functioning so I called them to try and tell them not throw away my drink. That I would be coming for it as soon as I could get there. But they did not answer. So once I got there it was 1:20 and they close early for the new year at 1pm, totally get it. But when I went up there trying to get a hold of them they were telling me they are closed with their hands but I was able to get one person to come up to the door so I can just ask them if they still possibly had my drink. The woman told me that if its been waiting there for 2 hours then no its not there. So I understood and left. But I forgot to ask about my refund. So I tried to call again and no answer. I know what its like to give great guest service and make sure your guests feel taken car of since I do work at a restaurant as a salary manager and I just didn't like the guest service that was given to me at this pinecroft location. I never really get coffee from this location but I just feel like they should be a little bit more understanding and also when a guest comes up to the window and doesn't leave after seeing you say its closed then you go up to them and talk to them asap. You don't just ignore them. Its common courtesy and you run a business where you want the customers coming back to your location. We gotta make canceling a mobile order easier. Cause I was really hoping for that coffee to start my new years day. Peace people. Have a...
Read moreThe first time I was here the service was pretty fast after I submitted my mobile order. The second time about the same time of day took a lot longer. Some people working here are cool and others are totally not friendly and pretty rude. The older lady working here on 11/21/2018 around 3pm does not know about the refill policy. This is also the rude lady with the black sparkly hat working the register yelling "next person in line" annoyingly. It would be better to say "I can help the next customer/ guest over here" if they're not moving. I've been a gold member at starbucks for years and I normally order something different to try initially and get a tea as a refill before I leave the store, if I'm still thirsty. Most baristas know about the refill policy at most locations and some are pretty clueless. This barista was like, "You ordered a macchiato. You can't change it to a cold tea..." It's not good when your customer knows more than the employee. This barista needs to do some self studying.
Official refill policy: When you use your registered Starbucks Card or Mobile app to purchase a beverage and then present that same Starbucks Card or Mobile app, you can get free refills of brewed coffee (hot, Iced Coffee or Cold Brew), and tea (hot, or iced) during the same store visit regardless of the original beverage at participating Starbucks stores. Once you leave the store, your visit has ended and any subsequent coffee or tea refill thereafter would be considered a new purchase. Refills are not available in...
