Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Thomaston

Can never find my house even though when I use GPS to get back to my home from somewhere, it always takes me to the correct place. I made the mistake of putting the wrong phone number on my order, and I will admit was wrong of me. However, it was an accident and accidents happen. Hours online say open until 1am but apparently the place closes at midnight. I called at 12:03 to see where my order was and the lady answering was rude. I understand it’s a busy night, you’re closed so there are no more drivers available, and the number I had attached to my account yelled at you, but there’s no reason to take those frustrations out on me when I am just asking what happened to my pizza. If the conversation had been handled in a professional way rather than dismissive and rude, I would’ve been fine. Instead because the woman on the phone was unnecessarily rude to me for making a mistake, I have taken the issue to corporate.

I am an understanding person. I get that you’re short staffed and the last thing you want to deal with on a busy saturday night is someone yelling at you on the phone because you were given the wrong number. But when I call in a non confrontational way and apologize for making the mistake, there is no reason to continue...

I recently ordered two pizzas off of their most recent sale. I went to pick up the order and the delivery driver mistakingly took my order with him, or at least that was what I was told. It was a big inconvenience in the moment as I had two wait another 20 minutes past my already 60 minute wait. But the staff made it right and remade the pizzas. I did have to ask for a free 2 liter instead of it being ordered to me. The pizza was good. Warm and fresh of course. I really like their crust and they were made with care. But I do regret their oversight as I was already in a rush and had to schedule pickup ahead of time to have it in time for an event and it still wasn't ready.
