Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Thomasville

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I drove to the restaurant two days in a row and had a poor experience BOTH TIMES. I live 35 minutes from there so the first day I checked Google to see when they closed. Google listed it as 10pm. When I got there a little before 9, they were closed despite their signage also displaying a 10pm close time. After waiting in the drive thru someone eventually came to the window letting me know they close at 10pm. The next day, fully aware of their 9pm close time; I drove out there AGAIN after work. This time I got there just before 8:30. The drive thru was packed, so I waited in line for almost 30 minutes before I made it to the speaker. No one came to the speaker and I noticed the car in front having pulled to the window. That car placed their order, paid, and received their food. When I got to the window, no one was there. No one was up front, as it looked like it did the previous day. After waiting about 3 mins, someone came to the front but he just looked at me in the window, grabbed a pan and walked off. A few moments later, someone else came to the front, but she just looked at me, and stood at the register facing the lobby- appearing to be busy. After a total wait time of about 5 minutes, another person came to the window and stated “we’re closed”. I let her know that I’d been waiting in the drive thru almost 30 mins; and she replied “we close at 9pm”. I told her “it’s 8:57 right now, I drove 30 mins to get here, and I got here in enough time”. She then stated “well I don’t know what to tell you, we ain’t got no more chicken”. I’m sure those living in Thomasville, are aware of the level of unprofessionalism, and poor customer service. But for those of us who don’t live there, don’t waste your resources (gas, time, money, etc.) at this location. I’ve never had such a poor experience with Church’s. I...

When I got to the intercom..could barely hear anything from the gentleman's headset then a second work (a woman) came on and took our order for the newly advertises chicken strips and waffle bites. Pulled up to the window and she had us wait 10 mins while she counted down her drawer. Once finished, she proceeded to take our money and give change back. No receipt was EVER given even after requesting one be put in the back. I noticed that when we did finally receive our food that box was cold as if the food had been sitting there for a long time.

Since I had to return to work I thought I would check it once I got back to my desk. Of course, the food was cold and the waffle bites were cold and hard. The chicken strips were cold as will and hard. Thank god it was only five dollars and some change but in honestly that was just piss poor service from the servers and establishment. I will NEVER go back to the one in Thomasville GA or any others from...

This place is not worth 1 star. The mess they call fried chicken is not even deserving for a animal! So I went to this rott of a building. Of course i had to wait for white meat. So I waited it out. Let me tell you, Im not in the Thomasville area. When I got my items, I checked it, ok all the food was in there. Me thinking with a huge smile thinking I got hot fresh chicken and a soft honey biscuit. This mess, slop was half cooked! Even the wing was raw at the bone. Yes, its a difference between chicken black and the bone and red at the bone! Church's use to be good with chicken but now, all these people care about is getting your money and serving mess!
