I took my kiddos to Cici’s (Thomasville) yesterday and we had such a great experience! The dining area was clean and we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. I noticed staff were consistently tidying up the buffet, & keeping the arcade equipment clean as well.
The pizza was hot and tasty with lots of variety. I love that if you don’t see the kind you want, they’re quick to make it and bring it out to the buffet. The salad bar was stocked & fresh. My dessert faves were on point too 😋. Shout out to Heather and Carissa for running the front smoothly and making us feel taken care of. The team in the kitchen area worked so well together, and it seemed as if morale was great - which starts from the top.
There were also two attendants checking on tables, clearing plates, and one of them helped my son right away when he had a small issue with the drink machine…I can’t remember her name, but she was kind of tall with glasses & super friendly.
I’m glad to have Cici’s in...
Read moreFirst of all employees are really lovely and trying to help. So I should congratulate the manager for staff selection.
Basically they operate like an open buffet pizza shop you basically pay roughly 13 dollars and you can get unlimited pizza, soup, salad bar and some deserts and drinks.... So definetely value for money place.
But I give four stars as they have room for improvement at two main topics. First one is that it is too noisy and they should evaluate implementing noise cancelation/reduction materials to ceiling/flat walls etc.
The second topic is beef only options as a person who cannot eat pork product I would love to have beed pepperonis available.
The pizza is delicious for the price but to be honest it is not top edge, it is above avarage but worth the money.
As a side note they have an arcade center in the shop where you can buy some credits and play the games you want so it is a good option for arcade lovers or families...
Read moreStaff were friendly and professional. There were like 12 people buzzing behind the counter, and the place is new, so it was still clean and shiny. Ordered 2 pizzas for takeaway and killed time shopping next door. Returned for my pizzas and a staff member asked, "what makes the hot honey pepperoni pizza hot?" It took a minute to register that she was asking me how to make their own menu item. "So the honey is spicy and just drizzled on top?" she asks. I confirmed and she went away and came back to say, "sorry, we don't have the hot honey." So it was a regular pepperoni pizza then. Kind of odd that you don't know how to make pizzas that are on your standard menu.
This place is more of an all-you-can-eat quantity over quality place for younger families, which is probably needed in this economy in Tville. Pizza was just ok. I'd rate it above Little Ceasars/Chuck-E-Cheese levels, but below most other...
