I showed up Late to this Domino’s on Sunday night. I needed to do food shopping , but wanted something quick to eat when I got home. William , the gentleman behind the counter greeted me and asked how I was doing. I asked how late they were open until, he said they take the last order at 10:30 pm. By this time it was 9:40 pm (because I talk to much lol) I told him I needed to do some food shopping , in which he said that would be fine and he would put my order in at 10:10 pm to be done for 10:30 pm. So of course I raced around Walmart to get my shopping done. I got to the check out at 10:25 pm., panicked because I hate being late I called him to let him know I was at the check out and would be right there. William was so nice, he said it was fine and to take my time (which relieved my stress about the whole thing , thank you Willam !) When I returned to pick up my order he greeted me once again and said he would get my order . While he was doing that I was looking at the take out menu and saw something else I wanted and when he returned with my order,I asked if I could order something else . He looked at the time and then said , yes I can do that for you. ( even though it was causing him to have to clean up later ) As I was waiting, I actually got to look around and noticed how clean this store was. I have been to some back home (NH) that were just not kept up and did not look as nice. William returned with my order and again was very cheerful and polite and wished me a good night. All I can say is I had a great experience at this Domino’s and enjoyed meeting William . I will definitely be back and I already know what I want , right...
Read moreOn September 11 around 5:30 pm, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered in fast food. The tall male manager, who looked to be in his 30s, was extremely rude when I simply asked about crust options for the one-topping large pizza special. This was the Pizza Hut in Walmart.
At first, he told me it only came one way—which I knew wasn’t true since the online menu shows that options vary by store. When I mentioned that, he rattled off three crust types so quickly I couldn’t even catch them. It was obvious he acted like my question was an inconvenience, despite the fact that no other customers were in the store and he was just chatting with the female employee.
When I asked him politely to repeat the options, he told me to “just look at the menu." He was full of attitude and condescension. Once again I asked if he could just tell me. Again he said "Look at the menu, it will tell you everything you need to know." I explained that I didn’t have my glasses with me and couldn’t read it. For a manager to treat a customer this way is completely unacceptable. He made me feel stupid for asking a simple question. He also outright lied in the beginning by claiming there was only one crust type offered.
I will not be returning to this location because of his attitude and lack of professionalism. I do not want to run into him again. The young woman who checked me out whispered she was sorry. She even looked shocked by the way he spoke to me. From now on, I’ll stick with Little Caesars, where I’ve always been treated politely and...
Read moreOrdered 3 different items all 3 items wrong. I called the store to let them know and the manager answered. She was extremely rude. One of the items I ordered waza 2 liter of soda and I got 3 20 Oz sodas. She said that was the same thing and anyone can do the math and that's definitely not the same thing. My pizza was wrong as well as my sandwich. She didn't care at all. Hung up on me and the next thing I noticed I received a message saying order canceled so I couldn't Report an issue online. I called back the next day and spoke with a man who was very professional and nice. He gave me the number to their district managers office. I attempted to call that office but no answer and no option to leave a vm. I called the Thomasville office back and the same woman answered the phone that I dealt with the day before. I briefly went over my issue and she said oh, yeah I remember you. Her excuse for her behavior was "we were really busy". I told her you are a manager that is absolutely no excuse for how you treat customers. She said she refunded my money back and I told her I hae not reseved anything. I placed that order on May 28th and it's now June 8th and still no refund. As a customer who orders from there very often I'm pretty simple and laid back. I understand mistakes happened but I felt as if Dominos stole from me and management showed their employees it's OK to treat customers the way I was treated and it's not. I am very disappointed in Dominos and plan on ordering my pizza from somewhere...
