Dunkin' — Restaurant in Thomasville

Absolutely love Dunkin donuts I wish there was more in the surrounding areas, if there was one in Moultrie that would be awesome or even Pelham or Camilla. Their coffee gets me literally geeked and that is putting it lightly. I've never been able to make coffee like that at home and trust me, I've tried! I have even tried espresso machines and maxing my poor coffee maker to the brim with coffee.

The donuts here are excellent also! I have never gotten one that was anything other than fresh! They also have some very interesting flavors coming out lately like the watermelon donut which shocked me with how good it actually was.

I will say this though I did make a couple of online orders before. When I made them later in the day which was sometime roughly between 1: 45 and 4:00 in the afternoon, I had absolutely no issues getting my online order and it was ready when I arrived. However the one time I did attempt to make one in the morning about 8:00, when I arrived there was a line of people stretching from the front counter to nearly out the door. There was no way to tell them that I had made an online order since there's only one way to the counter so the only option was to wait behind everyone else. Then when I get to the front they don't even have my order even though I made it from the Dunkin donuts app. Sadly I was now out of time after waiting in the long line, and had somewhere to be.

I would recommend it if you're a morning person who likes to drink morning coffee, and you intend to go to Dunkin donuts, definitely make sure that you have planned adequate time because the morning...

I’m not sure if it’s an understaffing, improper training or a bad combo of both... but this is literally the most 5th or 6th time in one month that I’ve had an issue with this location. & Why do I keep coming back? (Only because My employees don’t like Starbucks coffee) but the customer service here is horrendous. Since December, I’ve been here 3-4x a week. Our orders would get messed up in line so I downloaded the app and started on the go orders hoping it would be better.. but no worries because going inside, you just see the bad attitudes & eyerolls while you wait on orders (simple like a coffee and plain bagel) longer than people who don’t use the app. I wish i could pinpoint a certain employee besides Norma, but i wont because i believe they are tired. They clearly are overworked and rely on eachother heavily and when one makes a mistake, they all do. As their manager, it is her responsibility to take care of her team and instead she places blame instead of correcting an issue. Please. Please. Send new management to fix this place. I guess ppl go here because we don't have a Krispy Kreme? Coffee is good, nothing special. Hashbrowns are the worst I've EVER had. It was a bag of grease and mush. U couldn't even pick them up with fingers, they just turned to a weird slimy goo. Bagel sandwiches are so far away from what they advertise, it ain't even funny! One lil piece of bacon, broke into 3 pieces, the commercials show visible bacon hanging out of the sides. Ha! If u like good doughnuts, go to Nanee's, don't order from here. I try to find the good in every place and don't mean to bad mouth the place, but there was not one impressive thing about our local dunkin, other than the impressive size lake of water directly in front of the donuts display. I heard at least 4 or 5 customers mention it in earshot of one employee or the other, but the lake was still there when my daughter finished her microwaved, leathery, baconless bagel and we left to go over to Hardee's.
