KFC — Restaurant in Thomasville

Went through tonight about 7pm. No one was at the speaker but 2 people at their window that I saw when I pulled up. While at the speaker, it was a nice voice at first, I ordered a number 6. 3pc with 2 sides and a drink. I asked for all legs, 2 mash potatoes and gravy, and a sweet tea with light ice. I also asked for a Chicken Little by itself, plain.

She had me repeat myself several times which is no big deal, having been in her shoes myself, I know how it is to be alone in the drive thru and get things mixed up.

When I pulled up, there was a car pulled and one at the window. The car pulled away and I pulled up. She opened the window, said my total and took my card. She handed it back with no reciept and handed me my food. I had to get her attention to ask for KFC sauce. No big deal. I got home and I know it is trivial but I had a long day at work, grocery shopping with my daughter, and when she was making me want to pull my hair out I was done and ready for something to eat since I havent eaten at all all day. When I make the 20 minute drive home I had to unload the car and so when I finally sit down to eat, what do I see? My order is WRONG. My chicken was cold but it had 3 legs as I asked. It only had one side, I asked for 2. I asked for 2 mash potatoes and they gave me 1 cole slaw. I asked for a plain chicken little, they put mayo and pickles.

I was so upset I cried. After my day I just wanted to eat and sleep and it not only was messed up but it was cold and I hate cole slaw....

I called to talk to the manager and the phone is off the hook. I have been calling for over an hour and it keeps giving me a busy tone. I am so upset, I will never eat there again. They don't care about...

Arriving at drive through no one said anything like others do ( hello welcome to x how may I help you) No one acknowledged i was there until I said hello after sitting for 5 mins.Then I was told ill be with you in a minute. 10 mins later no one got back to me. I said hello again and finally proceeded with my order. 30 mins waiting at a drive through to place an order is highly unacceptable. The lady on the intercom acted like she didn't know what she was doing. No one was at the drive through or the windo so im sure they were having a conversation in the back once she started to talk she said hold on a second before I finished my order not to mention they were being super slow. The lady at the drive through (named sarah) seemed rude. I was fixing my drink tray to which one drink had a lid loose when I got it so it wasn't on their correctly and started to spill in my car and trying to get it fixed she then said here you go twice to give me the sauces as she saw me fixing the lid. I asked if I can have the receipt she didn't say anything I asked again she looked and nodded at me. No communication skills at all. I called the place because i got tired of waiting and the lady said i was just about to bring it out to you in a loud manner she then asked did you get the sandwiches and i read off my receipt and we did a crossed check off. Well 10 mins later STILL hasn't been brought out. You're best bet is to go somewhere else because waiting for an hour for food at a fast food place is RIDICULOUS when they're not even busy. Went to the location for an interview. First off I arrived on time for the interview. That I was given after I finished my application. Once I went in to get interviewed the manager wasn’t present. I was told that she wasn’t in. So I wait for her to return. She came back after 2pm. While waiting I placed a small order. I wasn’t happy with it at all. So I continue to wait for her to at knowledge that I was there. That didn’t happen at all. Instead I had to go back to the counter to ask for her. Which she still didn’t come out to speak with me. Instead she sent word that they don’t do interviews on Sundays. So why is it that it was scheduled and no one reached out to inform me!! The professional thing would been to at least come out to speak with me. And to see if I we can reschedule for the right day. After all I drove 37 min to sit in and lobby to later hear that there wasn’t going to be an interview. Then she made a statement that I scheduled the interview myself. Like really ma’am I’ve been in management since I was 17 years old. So I know that wasn’t the best way to handle that situation. Being that I had worked for the company in Atlanta Ga.
