Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Thomasville

Delivery came cold. Pizza lacked flavor and costs too much. I should have ordered Little Caesars. It would have been a lot cheaper and it basically tasted the same. This is NOT the Pizza Hut I grew up with.

UPDATE: After receiving a store credit for this last order.. we tried again IN the store. We did NOT order the Pizza.. ONLY wings.. the Pizza I obviously do not enjoy anymore. If the Pizza was like it was 20 yrs ago I may have given this at least a 4 star... but.. I WILL SAY.. the WINGS here are AWESOME. a little overpriced.. but REALLY GOOD.. BIG wings! not those tiny "honey I shrunk the wings" wings. They were hot and juicy and flavorful and we REALLY enjoyed them. The gentleman working the counter that day was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The store was clean. We didn't have a super long wait time. Overall , it was a good experience. But really Pizza Hut.. change back to the original recipe on your pizzas or just change your name to WING HUT.. because that is definitely where your strengths lie now. ( I mean I'm gonna go so far as to say these wings were better than East Coast across...

I ordered a $7 pizza and a $7 Pepsi deal. I only got the pizza delivered. When we asked "Angela", our delivery driver, where our drinks were, she said we needed to call the store or get a refund from the app. I didn't put the order in through the app but on the Pizza Hut website so I didn't have the option to use the app. I called the Thomasville location, and waited on hold for what felt like forever, just to be told I will have a "store credit under my name" for the mistake. I asked for a receipt or email confirming that I have store credit under my name as they verbally promised, but they said they couldn't send a confirmation email or receipt. So I have no proof of store credit. I FEEL SCAMMED AND ROBBED. If I was to order again, the credit will not cover the extra tax and deliver fees too for another order.

Some may say, "That's just $7, what's the big deal," but either way, I was robbed. And I am mad I couldn't get what I paid for. Needless to say, I am disappointed with their poor customer service and poor delivery...

I called the tonight to place an order for delivery. The first person to answer the phone was a man who blurted out pizza hut hold please. Ok so I held until a young lady picked up and asked if she could help me sounding as if she would be doing a million things other than talking to customers. I told her I wanted to place an order for delivery to which she responded....well its gonna be a 2 to 3 hr wait. So I asked why to which she said they only had one driver and had a whole bunch or orders backed up. Hmm. So I made the phone call at 915pm it is now 940 and they close at 10. So that means people are going to be waiting on their food up until 1215am. Hmm. I highly doubt it. Anyhow its always an issue with this store so I won't bother them anymore. Papa John's was more than happy to...
