I went up to McDonalds yesterday (November 4, 2017) and ordered 2 mcchickens, a small fry, a caramel sundae, a large tea, and a "PEPSI" I did not know that they did not sell "pepsi's" so when the lady at the speaker asked me what I wanted to drink, I "said" a "pepsi." She did not tell me that they did not sell "pepsi" products, so when I got my food, I noticed that I did not get my "pepsi" but I did get the tea I orderd. When I nicely approached the girl who gave me my food at the driver's through and told her that I did not get my pepsi, she had "attitude" right then and there and said that we dont sell pepsi products, you must have heard wrong...BUT it was the way that she said it...so rude and disrespectful AND on "TOP" of that the manager was even RUDER...I was looking for her to understand that I did not know that they did not sell "pepsi" products AND I was trying to explain to her the reason why I chose "pepsi" was because the lady at the speaker did not tell me that they did not sell 'PEPSI" BUT ALL the manager (WHICH MANAGERS DO NOT ACT LIKE THAT) cared about was how I misheard. The manager would not even let me explain myself the reason why I misheard because she KEPT cutting me off, BUT I STILL SAID WHAT I HAD TO SAY..REGARDLESS...Its not the "POINT" about the "pepsi" but its about how rude they were. All they had to say that we did not sell "pepsi" products and what kind of drink would you like. THE ATTITUDE DID NOT HAVE TO COME WITH IT! HOW THEY ARE STILL OPEN..I DO NOT KNOW! I am not saying that customers are ALWAYS right but when you have a customer (me) who approaches you in a nice way and ALL you get is rudeness ...THEN EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO BE RUDE BACK! TO ME, ITS NOT ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS...OR THE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION, ITS ABOUT THEIR COMPANY BUSINESS AND ABOUT THE MONEY! I am not writing this review for others to not go there, BUT I DO WANT TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE BEFORE THEY GO THERE ON HOW SOME OF THE PEOPLE ARE THAT WORK THERE AT MCDONALDS. JUST PLZ BE AWARE OF ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE WHEN YOU GO TO...
Read moreI know many say they will never visit a McDonald's again but when I say this I mean it with all my heart. I will never ever ever visit this particular McDonald's again. My husband and I are frequent visitors, there is always an a extreme wait time and you can almost bet that they give you cold fries. We always get the double quarter pounder and switch up the toppings. Tonight we went through the drive thru according to our receipt at 7:22pm and got two double quarter pounder meals one was only cheese and pickle add diced onions shredded lettuce and mac sauce. The other was the new cheesy jalapeno double quarter pounder meal add shredded lettuce diced onions tomatoes and mac sauce. Of course it's always a waiting game with this McDonald's so when we finally got to the window we were asked to pull up and wait only to be given cold fries. As my husband was getting out the car to correct them on the fries I told him to check his burger . Gladly he did there was only one piece of meat! He went inside they told him the cashier rung him up for a single. Money isn't a issue so of course he pays the difference. We got home and it's only one piece of meat when he obviously handed them his burger back to make it correctly. I called the store and supposedly a manager answered he was very rude and try to argue that my husband didn't ask for the patty to be on the sandwich and it was in a separate bag that was left at the store. I asked why did they request the burger back if they weren't going to put it on there the manager response was he didn't ask. I then asked for said manager name and he said I'm not giving you my name and hung up. I called back and he answers again I told him I would be reporting him to corporate he said ok but I'm still not giving my name. Very unprofessional and I will drive a extra 10 minutes for better service. This will be going on all social media platforms and if someone cares enough the call to McDonald's was made at 7:56pm and 7:58pm on 7/25/23 he needs training and training fast . I also have pictures...
Read moreTaking food from Homeless cats is Wrong! This is to Frankie Sechrest Reddick, the General Manager and Anthony another Manager at McDonald's on Randolph St in Thomasville, NC......God cares greatly for the animals He has created. Those who seek to follow His ways will also care about His creation, including animal life. Animal cruelty, the neglect of pets, and the wanton destruction of a species are sin. Christians are called to care for animals, expressing the same attitude toward animal life as our Creator has. This includes the community cats at McDonalds restaurant on Randolph St. in Thomasville, NC. Proverbs 12:10. Their food that is provided to them daily should not be swept up and thrown away. They depend on these daily feedings to live. The heath dept confirmed today that they did not count any points off of the last health report in February for the community cats being fed there at the back of the parking lot and it is not an ordinance or law against feeding them in the parking lot like you stated to me on the phone. The report is online and can be viewed publically. No points were taken off for cat food in the parking lot. Many customers have thanked me for helping these community cats from starvation. These cats are part of the trap neuter release program and McDonald's parking lot has been their home for years. I have been feeding them myself for the past 5 years and these feedings should keep them out of your dumpsters. The community cats should also help with rodent prevention. Corporate has been contacted concerning the incident, how you and Anthony raised your voices, and hung up the phone on me. I may also contact the ASPCA and PETA with my concerns of how you are treating these animals. Maybe you should read your old facebook post about putting LOVE in your heart and practice...
