Pasco Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Thomasville

Tucked away in the back of the kitchen supply store "Relish," Pasco Coffee Bar is a delightful hidden gem that coffee aficionados are sure to appreciate. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between cozy and vibrant, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and social observation.

The simple and curated selection of coffee blends is nice. On my recent visit, I opted for the cold brew, which was rich and flavorful. However, I must admit that my only complaint was the ice it came with—this is a personal pet peeve of mine, as I prefer my cold brews undiluted. Nonetheless, the quality of the coffee itself was undeniable, and I found myself savoring each sip.

One of the standout features of Pasco Coffee Bar is the people-watching experience. Positioned within a bustling kitchen supply store, there’s a constant stream of customers, creating a lively backdrop for those who enjoy observing the world around them. Despite this, the coffee bar maintains a surprisingly tranquil atmosphere, particularly if you can snag one of the two high-top tables. SPECIALTY COFFEE IN THOMASVILLE It’s so nice to finally have real specialty coffee in Thomasville after years of settling for other places not serving this more modern style of filter and espresso drinks. They are serving some coffees from top notch roasters like oddly correct, square mile, ect and the brewing execution is somewhere between great and exceptional. I haven’t tried any espresso based drink yet because I love their pour over options but their attention to detail leads me to believe that the espresso is on par with what I’ve experienced thus far. For the pour overs they are using the ode’s flat burrs paired with a v60 which is doing very nicely for clarity in the cup. It does seam to me their is slight inconsistency depending on which barista has brewed my different orders, but I have by no means had nothing less than a delicious cup of coffee. A visit to Pasco Coffee Bar is a delightful experience. It’s a hidden gem (literally located in the back of Relish) that serves many of the classic espresso options. If you’re more of a black coffee enthusiast, Willie and Diego make a mean pour over and cold brew. The bar also sells bags of beans, Third Wave water supplement and some take home brewing methods (Aeropress I believe) if you just can’t get enough.
