If I could give this location zero stars, I would! I am a caretaker to our elderly population, and had to work Easter, 2025. I didn't cook dinner, and had nothing to eat all day, so I decided to order Subway through the app from my preferred location which happens to be less than 5 minutes from my client's address. I placed the order, but what I didn't know was that my location was closed for the holiday, and my order defaulted to the second location on Randolph Street. I attempted to call the number listed (336)475-6060, but it appeared to be a fax number after ringing several times. Because my client is a fall risk, and cannot be left alone, and I couldn't get anyone on the phone, I decided to go the following day (4/20/2025) after work. When I arrived, there were three employees that seemed clueless as to what to do. They all remembered my order, and one started to remake it before being interrupted. I was directed to an employee (shift leader, I presume) who told me that they couldn't remake my order without speaking with Chris, the manager. instructed the employees "NOT to remake my order, and to NOT issue me a refund, because it was my fault that I didn't pick my order up." There was no compassion, understanding or respect shown, and I am still reeling from this incident. We all work hard for our money, and to be disrespected AND literally stolen from isn't right! Any other restaurant has the philosophy, "The customer's always right!" but this restaurant feels that it's alright to mistreat the very customers that are keeping them...
Read more3/23/25 young short girl was mad because I brought back my steak footling because it was cold. She forgot to heat the meat apparently. I came in explained that steak was really cold she said I don't know why . And asked to microwave my entire sub with veggie and mayo on it. I said absolutely not! She put gloves on and She then began playing with the computer and made me wait ✋️ I explained i had to get back to work and she still didn't begin to do my sandwich. She went to the back and said I'm busy too. Wow!! I asked the other young lady if she can make my sandwichso the short girl came back out and and grabed a bread, apparently was mad that she had to remake my sandwich she put cheese on my bread and went to the back with it. The other young lady came back to the front with my steak no bread. I said where is my bread she said don't you want your cheese melted . I never said I wanted my cheese melted I wanted my steak hot. I heard them talking in the back. So when she came to the front with my sandwich I said forget it I want a refund because I didn't trust them because they both were clearly mad and took my food to the back where I can not see them. I don't know what they are doing to my food this world is cruel and i don't trust. Needless to say she purposely made me wait for her to call John on the phone to approve my refund. For the record she was nice the first time till I had to bring my sandwich back. Thank you ladies now I have to stay hungry for another 8 hours of work. Because I have to time to stop...
Read moreI asked for a spicy Italian footlong on wheat the woman grabbed the wrong type of bread 4 different times I kept having to tell her wheat bread then she started putting the wrong meats on the sandwich she put turkey and ham on the sandwich twice even after she was told it don't go on the sandwich then she asks what kind of cheese I want and still put the wrong cheese then she threw it in the toaster and toasts it then asks if I wanted it toasted after she put it in the toaster she did that 3 times after I said I did not want it toasted then she put the wrong veggies on my sub twice by the time everything was said and done she had to remake my sub 11 times then when she goes to ring me up she tried to charge for all 11 sub's which I did not order she had already charged my debit card for all 11 sub's before I had a chance to say anything now its gonna take 2 weeks before I get my money refunded I needed that money for food because I have no income and I'm going through cdl truck driving school and now I have no money for food the next 3 weeks and to top it off she didn't cut my sub in half and tried to hand it to me without wrapping it I would not refer this restaurant to anyone I would give it negative 10 stars if I could the service...
