I had never been here before so I thought that I would give it a try. It really was nothing special compared to other fruit/açaí type places, however, what made the experience worse was the customer service! No one else was in the store when I walked in. The girl behind the counter acted as though I were invisible. No greeting of any sort. When my order was ready she called my name and that was the most talking she did. Terrible experience. I ordered two large Nutella bowls with extra peanut butter and Nutella, but the bowls looked half empty—more like smalls than larges. There was no sign of the extra toppings I paid for. I also ordered a mango drink, which was grabbed from the fridge and not freshly made. It tasted like watered-down mango juice definitely not worth the price. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering all the great reviews. Very disappointed. Very good service, friendly, clean. Ordered the signature bowls. I must say I was very disappointed. There was so little açaí base, I could not even taste it. There was a lot of granola and a normal amount of fruit in the bowl, but hardly any base, which is the most important part of the bowl.
