Andy's Hot Dogs — Restaurant in Thornton Township

Greetings. I was in the area attending a baseball game at South Suburban College and decided to stop in for a bite to eat. I was feeling a bit peckish. Unfortunately, I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my Jr. Double hamburger. Although it was supposedly flame broiled, it had absolutely no flavor. In fact, it tasted burnt! Additionally, the meat was mushy as if it had been sitting in water or some form of liquid preservative. The French fries were (okay). They were nothing like McDonalds. They were similar to Wendy's as some hull/skin from the potatoes remains. The burger and fry combo was only $3.59 + tax. I should've known better because the deal was too good to be true. Just a heads up, there is a Wing Stop directly next door. I initially walked in that direction but followed Andie's bold advertisement. (Meal Deal/combo. At this location I had an awful experience let’s start out with one being that the food is way over priced. I ordered 4 very tiny wings nowhere near to being a full size wing for eight dollars not including fries then I ordered a side of cheese fries, which were so cheesy. It just seem like it was just cheese sauce and no fries. .., to also mention it’s a 3% card fee and if you use cash you can’t get a refund but that’s not told to you until you pay for your food and it says it on the receipt.. while sitting down waiting for my food, the chairs was so brown from it being dirty if I could say one thing good I didn’t wait for my food longer than five minutes so it is faster service May I recommend not this location try the...

Andy's Hot Dogs in South Holland. This place did not come close to living up to the reviews. The burger I ordered was rubbery and tasted horrible. The fries were under cooked. To top it off the cashier decided she needed to help bag the food. She didn't wash her hands and did not put on any gloves. Mind you she has been handling the money. I stood there watching her play in her hair and dig in her face then she proceeded to bag my food. I politely asked that she not do that. Of course she gave back a little attitude.
