Dunkin' — Restaurant in Thornton Township

I recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts location and was extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by the staff.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted with indifference from the employees, who seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. Despite the lack of a busy rush, the service was incredibly slow, and the staff appeared disorganized and unprepared to handle even the simplest of orders.

Furthermore, when I attempted to address my concerns with the manager on duty, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of accountability. It's evident that there is a severe lack of training and leadership at this establishment.

Overall, my experience at Dunkin' Donuts was far from satisfactory, and I would caution others against visiting this location until significant improvements are made in staff professionalism...

All around I would give this 0 stars. I am aware you guys hire people that can be stand of ish so people don’t ask for any special requests even when you tell them they can upcharge you. Then when my order is getting took, one of the workers had the nerve to tell the other worker to let her take the one behind me. She could’ve waited until after I was done to do so. Shouldn’t no one try to be so close with all these viruses going on. How can I substitute my bagel for a croissant but can’t change my bacon to sweet bacon then can’t substitute my coffee for anything else either. I worked for fast food plenty of times and there’s always a way to do some regardless if your lazy ass...

Ordered a medium iced latte, oat milk, 1 pump of Carmel and an extra shot.

Lady said $11.18!!!! WTH

I said why is it so much? She said extra for oat which is fine even though it’s the worst brand of oat milk. Which is that Silk brand.

$1 dollar for 1 pump of Carmel which is ridiculous

$2.50 for an extra shot of espresso which is also ridiculous.

I pay $7-$8 for premium organic coffee in the city for a Quad expresso

Why is Dunkin Donuts charging this much for below average coffee?? SMH
