Dunkin' — Restaurant in Thornton Township

2 weeks ago, I was treated very poorly. I ordered a medium, hot, cream , and sugar as usual. Some of the people working sometimes add too much sugar or not enough. Because of this, I asked for 2 sugars (3 is the amount of sugar they normally put in that size) and was getting ready to ask for sugar on the side. Why did I say, "getting ready to"? Because the man taking the ordered interrupted me to yell, " you don't have to make this that difficult just get the sugar on the side and be done with it". I was shocked to say the least. I told him that I didn't want anything and thanked him. In hindsight, at night, which is when I went, the staff usually acts in a disregarding manner, like they're doing us a favor and we're just getting on their nerves. I will not be giving this location my money ever again. I forgot to mention, this location is not apart of the Better Business Bureau, that's a red...

The staff was absolutely amazing I mean the employees or B customer service was excellent it was clean in there that dollar fifty for a large iced coffee between 2 and 6 is definitely on and I was also able to tell somebody about all the good things that Jesus Christ did for me and how I didn't have anything but now that I'm saved miraculously blessed and nobody can take credit for that it's all from God and there's proof to back that up because it was Supernatural and it just felt good not to get kicked out or told to be quiet in there and I speak love into all the all lives and in Jesus name we asked Lord that you just watch over everybody that's employed there Lord may they all get raises for working so hard cuz I don't know about most people but I think most people do think that those employees are underpaid for all the hard work they do in Jesus name...

I have never been to this location and honestly it was hands down the worst when it comes to customer service! I ordered something simple and even repeated myself 3 TIMES (as well as asked them if they got it and they said yes each time). I went to pay and they charged me differently so I thought that I it would include everything if it took 3 times to get the order right in the first place just to receive the wrong drink. The customer service behind this place is complete garbage and if you want someone to return, do yourselves a favor guys and LISTEN to the customer. I have no problem driving the extra time, since I WILL NOT be coming here again!!!

Ps: Don’t question the customer if they can physically show you it and you want to argue with them about YOUR mistake (Especially after waiting 10-15 MINUTES.....
