What did you expect it's a grease joint lol but the food is cooked well here and they give you more fries than any place in America Period so be expecting way too many fries lol. One can sit down and eat and enjoy or take out sorry but the parking leaves a lot to be desired as there is sometimes a wait for space or you may have to park at the next door gas station or across the street in the strip mall. So besides the parking sometimes the food is fast grease food but good and the seating is plenty not the fancy kind lol but grease joint kind lol. The guys who work there are hard workers who most of the time are kind to their customers even when they are spoken to rudely. So take it easy on them they stand up all day and night and they do accept tips lol so be nice to them they are human and the food is very good like I said it's a grease joint but get this they are by far the best in this area around they have been in business for about 35 years and are the most famous named eating establishment in the general area. First time having food from here and it was really good. The chicken sandwich in person loos WAY better than the one posted here on their menu. It was juicy and flavorful.

HOWEVER, please get rid of GRUBHUB and use your own drivers. Our delivery person passed by our house THREE (yes 3x’s). The second time we saw her pass us she stopped for about 5min. So ok we’re thinking “maybe she’s putting it gps). At this point she either at the exit to our house or the one right before it. So, I contacted her no answer. Contacted Nicky’s bc her stopping that long was odd to me. They informed me to do as I had done and contact the delivery service.

Food was 20+ minutes late, cold(I saved the chicken sandwich with the oven), driver parked on the wrong side of the street/honked multiple times/female driver picture a FULL GROWN MAN was actually driving!

Concerning the food at this location, it is always fresh and made right. I've been getting food from this restaurant since I was 6, and the food has never disappointed me. The only issue I've encountered over the years is missing something from my order; however, as long as you have the receipt, they will give you your missing item. Another thing that I really like is that they give you a lot of fries. The fries always come out crispy and hot. Aside from the food, the actual place and customer service is pretty standard.
