A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Thornton

Went for my elderly parents for double cheese Papa burgers. Took over 4 min inside before anybody took my order, then get home and my mothers first bite had a jalapeño, then my father found one in his. After taking my mother to the E.R., I finally got to eat my Papa burger, and a single jalapeño. Seems strange each sandwich had a single jalapeño. Funny joke. When I tried calling the restaurant, no answer. Just ring after ring. I've tried calling for over an hour with no luck. Once I get my mother home I will be going to the restaurant as well as an attorney. Update... Drove to restaurant and was told I need to read the menu better cuz it was changed a week ago. So the Papa burger which has been the same as far back as I can remember was A-2, now thats the spicy papa. Not a jalapeño papa, a spicy papa. God willing my mother will understand, as long as her allergy to jalapeños doesn't kill her. And whoever the woman was at the restaurant didn't show one ounce of concern or a willingness to be human. I will never eat...

The WORST customers service. Brought my order in after the burgers were made wrong, the cashier is literally telling me what comes on the burgers. No smile, no hello, just standing firm on what comes on the burgers. Why is it an argument about MY order? If I'm asking for less ingredients, why is it an argument? Not to mention the horrible attitude and eye rolls. This is seriously where I just spent my money. And she continued mouthing off in the back. I'm appalled. Absolutely appalled. I wish there was another A&W in the area because the workers here are the bottom of the barrel. Not to mention the guy who brings the orders outside saying "who ordered burgers?". No hello, not thank you. P.S. while I'm standing here, literally watched the same cashier open the back cooler door and proceed to make food without changing her gloves. I think ECO lab needs to visit this place. Matter fact - just rehire new staff...

We ate dinner here tonight with our family and extended family. First off, when we got there the garbage was over flowing. And we told them right away. Than, we ordered. Half of our family got their food within 10 minutes. But the second half of our family waited 20+ minutes to get theirs, and their order was messed up. The condiments and Silverware were completely empty. The water in the dispenser was pink. I didn't taste it, but it looked like pink Lemonade. And lastly, the employees were sitting down and and standing around on their cell phones in the back. Very disappointed in the care they took, or lack of. And still, when we left... after an hour.... the garbage was STILL running off, and I actually slipped by the garbage can, because there was spilled drink on the floor. I wasn't hurt, but it wasn't a safe situation for anyone...
