KFC — Restaurant in Thornton

I've been here a couple of times and never had a problem before until today. I went through the drive-thru and 2 people took my order. Got up to pay and waited only a few minutes for another person to come to the window and asked me to pull forward, which was weird no one was behind me. I pulled up and waited for my food, the third lady (that asked me to pull forward) came out and stated I didn't take your order, what was it. She says oh this isn't it and walked back inside. I waited again for a while and no one came back. I finally pulled around and parked went inside and it was chaos. Someone came up and I handed him my recipe and said I hadn't received my order. He went back and none of the workers seemed to know what was going on. Finally got my order went back to my car, checked the bag and only recieved half. I went back inside and told them I was still missing a meal, they took an additional 5+ minutes making it and only brought me part of that meal.

I have been here a few times, but lately it seems to be getting worse. I came to get some food at 8:45pm and was told they were short on stuff and that they can put other chicken, I said ok. That's fine........ they were out of chicken!? You guys close at 10pm!??...How are you out of chicken 1hr, 15mins before you close!.....anyways I get home only to find that the other chicken they gave me was a scrawny little wing and a tiny wanna be thigh...Oh and not to mention they were also out of biscuit as I did not get any in the boxes I ordered. SO I go back with the orders and the receipt to get my money back, and instead of just refunding my money he tells me that we had sodas with the orders and took that off of the refund!......REALLY!???.you couldn't even say well sorry for the inconvenience I'll give you your money back for having wasted your gas and driving back and forwards.........so instead of $15 back I only got $10........thanks for appreciating your customers.......NOT!!!...WON'T BE GOING BACK for...

The KFC restaurant on 120th is a nightmare that should be avoided by anyone who has a shred of dignity and values their stomach lining. The chicken was so old, it could have been a relic from the Jurassic era. It was dry, hard, and foul. The fries were floppy, greasy, and tasted like rubber. The coleslaw was watery and rotten. The manager was the most incompetent and rude person I have ever encountered. He was clueless, sluggish, and disrespectful. I felt poisoned after eating their food and nearly rushed to the hospital. It was a torture and a violation.

This KFC restaurant is a shame to the brand, a danger to society and a disgrace to the human race. It should be shut down and burned to the ground as soon as possible. I will never go near there or any other KFC again and I urge everyone to steer clear of them as the brand has degenerated into nothing short of a health hazard. It is a catastrophe and a scam.
