I went in to have my hair cut/colored. I was very specific & detailed in what I wanted. Everything I asked her if she knew how to do, she sd yes. She lied. I told her I didn't want big thick blotchy lines of color in my hair but I wanted thin strands mixed in w my natural color. I showed her several pictures of exactly what I wanted color & cut. I specifically asked her NOT to make me a redhead. Nothing against gingers, I just don't look good as 1. The first visit I went to, not only did she NOT get my haircut right, but she did only a handful of thin color, which wasn't worth $10. Not only was it disappointing but a total rip off! She said I thought the pic was too much color, I didn't want to do it. I corrected her. Told her she ripped me off.. She apologized. Said sorry, She told me that after she got back from vacation she would fix it. I went in for my 2nd visit, she completely destroyed my hair. She decided to cut it shorter even though I asked her not to & didn't put the right color into my hair. It was a disgusting orange-red!! I was livid. The strands started completely uneven across my head. Sadie should've been honest & let me know that she had absolutely no idea how to do the cut and color that I wanted. Instead she lied & stole $170 + Plus more from my card! The color was big sloppy, blotchy ugly orange-red striped hair, all uneven & starting at different places!!! Forget the fact I asked her to leAve my crown natural. She didn't cut or color it the way I asked her to. She butchered me! Apparently she didn't know how to, but didn't tell me. It looked so ugly!!!! Unfortunately I didn't find out til the end, when she took it down. By then, it was to late!! She didn't give herself time to do it right or fix it either time because she was in such a hurry to do the next person. She refused to rectify her mistake. Decided to be greedy & steal my $$. She is the most dishonest, self serving, manipulative, unreliable, thief, I have ever met. I had to pay someone else to fix it! Don't trust her. I honestly wouldn't even give them -1 ⛤. Before she butchered my hair, I might have come back for other services.. but NOT anymore. What a unprofessional & completely dishonest company. Don't trust her w your card or u will get robbed. She will take more $ than authorized. I was advised to sue her. Told there needs to be a permanent record of it. She will not only be responsible for the amount stolen but lawyers fees as well. I'm seriously considering it.
To the Owner.... Actually I reached out to her immediately.. But nice try! Which she never responded. I dealt with it immediately. She didn't. I chose until now to speak up so that it doesn't happen to someone else. You run a dishonest business. Saying they're private contractors does NOT excuse the behavior you allow in your business. Had I checked your reviews before I came in, I would have never come in. There's too many red flags for anybody to ever trust your company. I don't want to hear any more excuses, from her or u.. Which is all I get.

Read moreI have been going to Darnell for a few years getting my eyelashes done but unfortunately yesterday I had a half an hour fill with her and was stuck in traffic beacuse it was blizzarding out so I called to let them know the situation and that I was trying to make it there but realized that I was not going to be able to get there until my appointment time was over so asked if they could just reschedule me then was told that because I was canceling that Darnell wanted to charge me the cancellation fee I was astonished at this giving that I had no control over the situation to get there I contacted her and her response to me was it was her livelihood and her time that she cannot be taking cancellations from everybody I explained to her that I understood if it was my fault and that's why I canceled but I had no control over the matter if it wasn't for the traffic and the blizzard I would have made it to my appointment but there was numerous accidents and horrible roads at this time there had been numerous times where Darnell had me sitting in my vehicle or in the waiting room 15 minutes into my appointment time that I waited on her I had also had numerous text messages from Darnell changing my appointment times or even canceling me many of times I think this is very unfortunate she is a great eyelash person and does a great job but I feel that this situation was totally unprofessional she also told me that I was just a client which is correct I am just a client it was expecting no special treatment from her but just to add to being just a client you should really watch the kind of information you tell your clients about your personal life your boyfriend's your numerous dating talking on the phone during my appointment to credit card companies very unprofessional fights that you have gotten into with the girls that rent spaces from your salon you should really think about the kind of business you're running and how you are actually talking and presenting yourself to...

She was pleasant in the beginning and agreed to a design I showed her previous to even beginning the full set. 2 hours in to the ordeal her 2nd appointment walked in and she started to make me feel very rushed and as if I was a burden because she could not produce the design that she so boastfully agreed to in the beginning. In rushing I was burned/cut a couple times. I let Her know I did not need her to paint them as I didn't want to set the next appointment behind so I could paint them myself at home. She angrily asked me what's wrong and I politly said I just feel as if you are rushing angrily because you are behind and are treating me unprofessionally because of that and I'm uncomfortable. Another nail technician could see her issue, stepped in and asked if she could finish me so she could take her next client. She looked at me and said cash or card. Charged me $50.00 and passed me off. Some people have two VERY different sides and this person obviously hides her ugly for a reason. Do not do it. Just don't - unless you enjoy feeling like an idiot for paying a large sum of money to get treated insanely poor. Cannot believe this "women" acts this way towards clients and she's in her 40s- I'm very grateful my parents taught me better and I can hold myself to a high standard at 28. I confided in my husband to see if after I calmed down, because I left crying, if I should ask for a refund. He said he would reimburse me and to let miserable human beings wallow in their own muck.
