This place has been great to me and so has the employees ! But today I was not happy with the service. NEVER have I been one to complain or waste time writing a review but today was the day it happened. Let me just say I’m all for servers and how hard they work multitasking table to table to get their customers needs it’s not an easy job but it’s also not impossible. So for that tipping is my number one at restaurants when I see servers doing there job correctly. Today I went in for lunch and settled in ordered drinks and an appetizer. Received both but time passes and I as well as my girlfriend needed a refill although I see my server dealing with two other tables along with a big one with 10+ people so I wait patiently til she comes and checks on us (usually happens every 10-15 min) about 20 min goes by and well the party had lots of people so I seen she was there still taking orders but when she had gotten done she manages to reach two of her other tables about 3 to 4 times with their refills and their food as well as managing to go to the back of the restaurant by a window to get on her phone. Then after another 10 minutes goes and a nice man brings our food out and I ask him very politely “could we please get refills” he responded “well who’s your server” understandable he isn’t assigned to my table so I had replied with “the girl but she hasn’t checked with us for over 20min” so she comes and apologizes which was great And I was fine she got my refills I have my food what do I have to be mad at right ? Well we get done eating and we decide to wait til she comes around to ask for my bill as well as some boxes mind you I have about 10+ wings and lots of fries left.within the first 10 min she passes to go to the bathroom and is in there for about another 10 min so I get upset because every time I needed something I waited at least 20 min or more for her to acknowledge me . Why does it take 10 min to go to the restroom, and no I’m not against it take a break I fully understand you need to use the restroom totally fine I have to go super bad and can’t wait sometimes as well. But when you have multiple tables maybe ask someone to cover a few but when you have a job that’s go go go there’s no time for 10+ min breaks in the bathroom Time passes and she comes out and RIGHT AWAY PASSES MY TABLE so I’m there waiting for literally another 10 min probably longer but then she finally manages to come to my table and asks if we need boxes. So you seen us sitting here all that time not touching our food and barely ask us ? So I responded “yup boxes please and my check” she bring it with one tiny squared box knowing both my wings and fries wouldn’t fit, it was visibly known. I left no tip as I felt it was not deserved for the service then having other people bring us what we needed half the time and I went in ready to tip with a gift card and some cash but no I don’t like poor service and poor attitudes. Read moreThis is your standard BDubs. If you're here for beer and wings, you're set. Their food is always consistent. The food and consistency across locations and visits have earned this an automatic 3 stars. The employees at this location have earned zero stars.
My qualms with this particular experience are enough for me to drive to another location should I have a craving for wings and jojos (which they call "potato wedges"). We arrived before 5pm on a weekday and the tables were nearly empty. Too late for lunch and too early for dinner. My expectation was that we'd have a quicker meal. We have been to BDubs enough times that it's not "Buffalo Wild Wings" and we knew our order immediately after we decided to go.
Our waitress spoke only to my husband. Look, you don't know who's paying so don't assume. He doesn't order for me. Also, its rude. I wasn't thrilled off the bat. Which means, Moma needs a drink! I ordered my drink and it took 40 minutes for her to return and explain they didn't have an ingredient. Now, I'm not a restaurant manager. However, this location shares a parking lot with a giant liquor store. And I would expect that in a semi-empty restaurant, that amount of time is unreasonable. Not one customer was in the bar area. I settled on water. Why risk another 40 minutes for a possible drink when we hadn't planned on staying that long?
Once we got our meal, everything was hot and it all came at once. Our waitress even remembered our condiments and what went where! But I was nearly out of water by the time the food arrived. I can't eat without something to drink. Maybe that's just me. In my personal experience at restaurants I've had my beverage refilled before its empty. This may no longer be the norm. After an hour of being there, people started to file in for dinner. My husband and I agreed that she likely was busy with other tables. But no matter how many times I tried to flag her down, I couldn't. She never checked back in. My food was getting cold and my husband was done eating. I had a piece of "potato wedge" stuck in the back of my mouth. In desperation I walked to where I thought the beverage station was and asked the man standing over there "do you have any water?" To which he replied "sorry, we're all out". I retorted, we had a good laugh and he filled my glass for me. He was very friendly. Wish we would have been sat in his section.
My family watched me eat my cold wings as they were now done having ordered beers and sodas. Waitress was amazingly quick with our bill. Curious.
We may return in a year or two when we're certain the staff has turned over. Luckily, there's many other BDubs.
Tried doing a To-Go order from here. They forgot our condiments, sauce on one of the wing ordes and our wedges....

1st - we sat on the patio to have a refreshing environment on what was a 78° sunny day outside... Mistake #1! The patio is very dirty, from the floors to the rod iron tables that you get your meals served on. Additionally we were chased (along with 5 other groups trying to have lunch) by many bees and wasp's, that you couldnt eat your meal in peace.
Even when we informed the servers and waitresses of the conditions; their reply was "yeah, we get that all the time." That would make one to believe that this is an ongoing issue with no resolution in site... Wow, & Unbelievable , to describe this place in 3 words or less! This mgmt team needs to clean the beehive & wasp's nests and hire a pest control company so their guest can eat in peace. In addition, this mgmt team needs to include power washing this area and implement some type of cleaning procedures.
2nd - The food & service...Service was poor. We had to ask for utensils & napkins. The lag time from sit down to food in front of us was 30 minutes. The young waitress apologize for the delay. We accepted it at the time, as respective customers. Then our food was brought out and yes we were disappointed. It was two grilled chicken wraps and overcooked to say the least. We left with each of us eating only half and leaving the other half on the table for them to toss in the trash.
If you go here, we would only recommend their wings and beer. How much can one make a mistake on cooking wings or pouring a beer, right?
Enough of the poor/failed review. We hope your visit is better then out experience. Hopefully, someone in the management will see this review and make some corrections and allow the next guests to enjoy their $60 meal. As we did NOT & would NOT recommend this business for service, until some corrections are made.
