This may be the most poorly-run fast food joint I have ever given my business too...Well, I will not be making that mistake again. On our last three visits to this location, the staff closed the restaurant and drive-through approximately 15-30 minutes before 8pm, which was then the advertised closing time. In one recent visit, an employee closed the drive-through immediately before our arrival, walked to our car, and informed us he and the staff were "on break". Mind you, the employees called said "break" 15 minutes before closing time itself. After our brief conversation with this employee, we watched from the parking lot as he smoked a cigarette before heading inside to close the restaurant. Now, that brings me to our most recent visit, in which 3 cars, including our own, entered the drive-through at 7:40, only to be greeted by an automated message informing my family that the restaurant was closed for the night. Afterwards, having glanced inside the restaurant, we saw that the chairs and tables were already stacked and ready for closing time. The employees themselves were nowhere to be seen. The kicker? This was at 7:40, and the advertised closing time on Google for this particular location was 9pm! A restaurant whose employees and management are invested so little in giving their customers timely and efficient service during the hours which they advertise is one I do not care for, and I would advise anyone looking for an ice cream treat or meal to take your business elsewhere. Read moreOrdered a mushroom Swiss with extra patty/cheese, 3 pack, and a BBQ bacon burger on 7/15/22 around 5-6 p.m. The guy taking the order (dark hair, glasses, skinny) didn't read my order back and told me he'd give me the total at the window. I had paid before he had told me what I had ordered and gave me a receipt. He had charged me for a big daddy which is the most expensive burger on the menu, which I didn't order. So now I'm out a couple bucks for something I did not pay for. Was not offered a refund nor anything compensatory like a scoop of custard. I've worked in this business before as a shift manager so I know you're supposed to. Yet it was chalked up to as "It happens" by the manager in charge (glasses, long curly blonde hair). Went inside to order and waited a long time for my food which is more annoying because you can’t even sit down and wait so you’re just shoved in one small section of the restaurant unable to social distance waiting for your food! After all that waiting I assumed the food would be warm/fresh but oddly enough it ended up being cold and old tasting. Except the fries those were warm. My burger had a tiny patty pretty sure it was a patty meant for my bambino’s which by the way came with no meat on them at all, believe it or not.
