Rudest service ever. The guy with the ugly blond poofy hair just about threw our change at us. After yelling at us because he couldnāt hear us even though we were talking loudly. Incredibly rude. Then the lady at the window got mad because she did not get the correct drink that the blonde guy didnāt enter in correctly even though I repeated the drink a few times and even showed him on my Dutch app which one it is. I know this isnāt Dutch service. Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins and all surrounding locations are amazing and so nice. These folks do not pass the āDutch vibeā Iāve heard Dutch is picky about personalities when it comes to their employees because they want top tier customer service but I have no idea where yall got these employees that are so rude. The blond guy has poofy poofy hair and the girl had a septum. The only nice one was the one who handed us our drink. They had short hair and a purple shirt today so cudos to them for not being rude. When I told the girl I am military (most shops have a little something for a discount) I wasnāt told thwy donāt have any military discount. I was told that they donāt do that and if they did, they would get in a lot of trouble. Itās very big trouble if anybody has ever given me a military discount at that location before.!!!! What bothers me is why get in trouble I mean this is like $.25 off. Iām not bothered that they donāt do one. Iām bothered that somebody would get in big trouble because they gave a small discount to a military personnel. I ordered a strawberry horchata, no ice and was told that since I don't want ice, my drink will be half full. Obviously I was confused as this has never been the case in previous orders at different locations. If I want my cup to be full, it will be $1.50 more. I really wish I would have just left and not place my order, but I didn't believe that was the case. Unfortunately, it's very true. The cost for drinks here are already high and to add this extra fee on top of it to get your actual size drink without ice is ridiculous.
