McDonald's — Restaurant in Thornton

I lived down the block I go to McDonald’s a lot from here The general manager was extremely rude They tried to rush you so much that they messed up their own job. I do believe one of the workers that did mess up my stuff was name lizzy When we pulled up to back cash I had half cash and card and she rushed so fast that she put in exact cash so they had to do a refund and she said out the window talking about how she’s not gonna argue with me when I just told her maybe you should slow down a little bit I’ve worked at McDonald’s a couple of times so I do know how frustrating it can be, but you shouldn’t rush people to order their food because that’s how accidents happen every time I go there, they’re always missing one part of my food. It will be the fries or even the four piece nuggets. The food is always extremely cold Their sandwiches are so sloppy they take so long I waited in the line for a hour when I do go I mean, it seems like they won’t happy because you’re scaring them all laughing and stuff while you’re waiting for your food The sodas are always halfway full. They don’t even go to the top. They don’t put sauce, napkins, or straws in the bags. Like said I worked at McDonald’s and this is not okay I hope you guys can make some change to make it better place to eat but as of now I will not be nice. And I will not let them disrespect me and if these employers don’t want to work at McDonald’s, why don’t they go find a new job the girl in the back seem really depressed and she...

I’ll start with why I leave two stars even though I mostly have complaints for this store and it deserves none, their employee who works mostly days on the front register inside has a good attitude every time, he’s very good with commutation. If he’s getting my drink, he makes sure I know. If he’s waiting on something he lets me know. He never has a bad attitude just always friendly and professional no matter what is going on. Which is why if I go I prefer going inside.

This location has a lot of issues when it comes to the drive thru or evenings, if the food was not fresh when I went back in February. Fries only filled part of of the way, large was more like a small. Seems if the food fresh then you’re missing things like for example on 3/21 I ordered McChickens they were freshly made but none had Mayo. I ordered 4 fries and only got one and zero sauces for the nuggets and because we had to go park we couldn’t just ask at the window, we would have needed to go through tbe drive thru again because the inside of the store was closing while we were waiting. Back on 12/30 the manager was yelling at employees in the drive thru, which wasn’t very professional especially because the one she was yelling at wasn’t doing bad but even if he was that’s in office talk, not in front of employees and customers!! The kid working the cash register was OBVIOUSLY and did not know how to read prior transactions from the "Self Order" screens. I placed my order and paid for my order but I did not get a printed receipt. I went over to the cash register where the kid was working and asked him "Did that screen just take my order because I did not get a receipt? He said no it doesn't look like it let me take your order. So again I placed my order for two Happy Meals, four cheeseburgers and two sodas. He handed me the cups and I went over to the soda dispenser to get my sodas and as I was walking back to my table the assistant manager or the manager delivered the order from the screen. I explained what happened to the assistant manager or the manager and he said oh! He started to refund my money and I said "NEVER MIND! I WILL TAKE THE SECOND ORDER HOME!" Instead of pulling the employee aside and asking him what happened, and then give him a quick OTJ lesson on *HOW TO USE THE CASH REGISTER SYSTEM" he just ignored my comments, and went about...
