Wendy's — Restaurant in Thornton

I’m only giving one star, because I have to, or I can’t leave a review. But believe me one star is not even deserved. As I am calling to complain, upon getting home from the drive thru, literally, I hear the manager speaking in the background with another customer, trying to fix a mistake and give them free food for a mess up. Always seems to be some sort of issue with this place. Even on a dead night. I hand them a list of literally what I want on a burger, they have to get the manager because they can’t comprehend. We get the order and it’s a wrong order with no fries or drink. We finally get the fries and still no beverages. The fries were cold and hard so was the burger. On the list it clearly says cheeseburger with bacon. When I look at my burger, there is no bacon and there’s a bunch of added things. I then get told that I should come inside if I want an order done correctly. Not sure how that’s gonna fix anything. For whatever reason, I trusted that this next time would be different, but it proves time and time again that the staff and Management have zero pride or take accountability or seem to want responsibility for providing a quality service. So, let me start by saying, this isn’t an angry rant or anything, but it’s just important stuff worth mentioning. I went into Wendy’s today, and was very disappointed in the whole experience. The drive through had a few people in it, so I went into the dining area. It took quite a while to even be addressed, but when he addressed me, the cashier was polite. After I ordered, I got a huge cup for my kid’s meal, I’m guessing they were out of the regular cups. I go to put ice in the cup…no ice. I make 3 attempts for sodas, and they were not working, or poured plain soda water. It worked on the 4th choice. The trash in the dining area was overflowing, which gives a horrible impression. Including me, there were 4 people in the dining area, and the other people had been eating for a while. It wasn’t busy. When I went to use the bathroom, it was disgusting. The toilet had soaking wet toilet paper all over it. The urinal had what looked like black mold or mildew all over the top. The toilet paper dispenser was broken. you know Wendy's is great and all and the employees there are sometimes rude put in application because I've been trying to get a job there and I call and call and call and nobody seems to ever want to pick up the phone so I just don't understand that I know they're not busy cuz I drive by then when they do answer there's never a manager around I could talk with They definitely need a better work ethic and more discipline working there or just get a whole entire new staff that knows what they're doing And seems like they hate the world when they have to put in the order for the customer And when I go In their task then if they're hiring they tell me put one out online and I let him know that already did that and then they say they're gonna go get the manager and they never come back with the manager so I don't understand what's going on with the Wendys but they need to get 2 managers so you know when I come in I can talk to the manager there and get a job or they just need to fire all the young kids that work there and extremely hate it there and barely do a good job at it and do...
