Well, this location is back DOWN TO A 1 STAR location! Because it's like a revolving door of mostly idiot employees, and they are back to having a whole crew of morons led by the most incompetent, immature, clown of a punk little boy of a manager name DAVID, and he should BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!! This is my experience on 6/14/24 at from 4:45pm to 5:15pm. So, my awful experience started with NOBODY answering the phone! I called 15 times over 30 minutes straight, waiting 2mins on hold each time! When I could wait no longer, I drove over, and I walked in the door with my phone dialing them at the same time and THERE WAS NO PHONE RINGING AT ALL!! I informed the staff, including DAVID. Everyone looked bewildered and fiddled with the phone like monkeys. I just let it go and just placed my small order of just 5 classic wings. So, I sit down on the waiting bench. After waiting ANOTHER 25 MINUTES I start to wonder w t f my tiny order is taking so long. Before I got up to ask, I just randomly decided to call them on the phone again to see if they fixed the phones. NO, THEY DID NOT!! NO RINGING! NO NOTHING. So, I inform the staff again! At the same time this is going on I see with my eyes THREE employees including DAVID all huddled up in a circle just chatting and laughing it up without a care in the world with their backs to me. So, at this point I am standing up again at the pickup counter telling one girl about the phone. And then I glance up to the shelves of ready to go orders, and I see MY NAME! I asked, and sure enough it's my fricken order! So now I am very angry, because I have now wasted over a fricken hour of my life to get 5 stinking little wings! And I angrily ask for the manager. So, I am so PO'd and I ask him "WHY HAVE I BEEN WAITING ALMOST 30 MINUTES AND MY FRICKEN ORDER IS SITTING THERE ON THE SHELF GETTING COLD??!!" I get no apology or anything of the sort. With a cocky tone DAVID says to me "somebody called your name." And I said "Bull Fing S you did! I am sitting literally TWO FEET AWAY" And the clown just sticks to the story with no apology saying, "sorry you didn't hear." And I say "That is no excuse! Even if you weren't lying, if nobody answers your call, ya fricken call the name again!" And I said, "don't be fking idiots!" And to prove his immaturity and incompetence, DAVID'S response to me as I turned to walk out was "YEAH, I KNOW YOU ARE" under his breath like a little B. Punk a loser that is a joke of a manager. Please get rid of him!!! And the story isn't over! When I finally get home starving, I open the bag to find THEY PUT THE WRONG FLAVOR ON MY WINGS! ABSOLUTE...
Read moreCarlos has no business being a manager. I had a Horrible experience!! After waiting 35 minutes for my wings, I get home and they gave me the wrong bag. I call the location let them know what my correct order is and let them know I’m coming back. When I get there the cashier knows nothing about my wrong order and Carlos whom I just talked to is standing right there offering no help to the situation knowing we just were on the phone and I just told him my order. Long Story short I was going to have to wait another 30 minutes or so for my order because they don’t start making it until you get there with the returned food. After expressing frustration because I was going to have to wait even longer Carlos again offered no solution to help instead he rolled his eyes at me and when I told him that was unprofessional he right away said” you would know if I rolled my eyes at you!” Now this goes back and forth to the point where I ask for my money back. Yes I was upset. He could have started my order as soon as I hung up so I didn’t have to wait for so long again. 30 minutes, then a 15 minute drive home then back then back to wing stop to wait another 30 minutes for my correct wings.
Offered some type of apology for the confusion. This man takes no accountability for himself or his crew. That is not a leader. This is not someone who should work in a customer service industry especially as the manager.
This is How it ended. On the phone with the cops because he refused to give me my money back. Stated I could wait there all day for all he cared. The only help he did offer me was giving me the address for the store for the dispatcher . Then starts to give me my refund while I’m on the phone and I let them know that(the dispatcher) . He takes the money and instead of handing it to me. Lays it on the counter on the other side of him.

Read moreI have to say that it is not like me to leave a poor review, but I was quite disappointed by my family's visit here. My husband ordered 20 wings. Because they were busy, it took a while to receive them. Which I understood, but we realized there were only 12 wings, so we assumed they were bringing the rest. After finishing the wings we had, I went up to the front and told them about the missing wings. I also ordered more. Again we waited a long time, but this time they weren't busy. I contemplated leaving. When the second order finally came, they still had forgot about the missing wings from my first order. I politely let her know that we were still missing 8 wings and she went to the back to talk to the kitchen about it. Later another lady came out and asked about it. I explained what happened a third time, then 5 minutes later a 4th time. The 4th time around, I offered to let her count the bones from the wings so that she could see we were in fact missing 8, but she said she would just go back and make 7 of them now. Maybe I'm just splitting hairs here, but I still was missing one wing I had paid for. Maybe this is what I'm most upset about. For all the trouble, you would think she would just take what we said at face value.
I understand these things happen, but I don't understand why no one was apologetic about it. It almost seemed that they didn't believe me. It was a bizarre ordeal and though the food was good, I won't be back. In total we were there for an hour and 45 minutes.
